  We met Stacey at the Pittsburgh Home & Garden show in March. A few weeks later we met with Stacey and her father at our home to discuss a major master bath remodel. After a few days we met at their business to pick out all the materials. Mike and Huck did our project. They did an excellent job and our master bath is beautiful. This was a major project including moving water and electrical lines, removing a huge Jacuzzi tub, and basically gutting the bath. The home is a multi-level, so everything had to be carried up and down two flights of stairs inside and one flight of stairs down to the driveway. We were concerned about dust because our master bath does not have a window in it. We were surprised how little dust there was. They covered our hardwood floors, carpeted steps and cleaned up at the end of every day. They arrived on time and first thing in the morning Mike would always ask if there were any questions or concerns. They also did some work in a very small bath that needed some updates. We would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Bath Pro to anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel.

  If you are in need of any type of bathroom upgrade- stop now and contact ProBath of Pittsburgh! My full bathroom remodel was an excellent experience from beginning to end with with this excellent group! From the start, Shawn set the tone, and was wonderful in helping me to set up the best design for my specific tastes and needs for my bathroom renovation. His recommendations were spot-on. My installation team of Jeff Sr & Seth were amazing! Friendly, very communicative, and extremely hardworking each & every day of my project. They had their hands full with a full demo in a very old house - and their care & expertise was apparent. They were always transparent with their progress and answered any question that I had. And Stacey, who coordinates all the installation teams and work progress, has been nothing but super to deal with throughout my project. She is representative of how this company works, she wants to ensure full satisfaction in every thing they do, and I appreciate that so very much! I love my new bathroom- and can’t thank everybody at ProBath of Pittsburgh enough for the hard work, skill, and integrity they demonstrate. Great company - recommend them highly!

  We had our shower replaced by Bath Pro in July. First, they answered our call for an estimate and came out on time for the estimate. They were very polite, gave us the estimate, and we scheduled the installation. Of course as with most contractors, there was a substantial wait, but we didn't care about that. They came as scheduled and were very clean and polite. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the final product.

  I waited for a bit before writing this review because I wanted to ensure our tub to shower conversion was working as expected, and it is! First I want to commend our sales person, Tyler, who came to our home to determine what we wanted. He was low key and never pressured us for a sale. During his first visit he graciously left us the entire Onyx Collection sample box to keep so we could decide which if any of the samples were what we wanted. During his second visit to our home we signed the contract and he informed us that this was the final price no matter what the installers discovered when doing the work meaning no surprise price increases after the work was started. If they have to rebuild a wall or the floor or move the floor drain the price wouldn't change. I like that guarantee that most contractors never give. It took 3 days to complete our install but the work was done perfectly by our team of installers, Jeff our lead installer and Seth. We have high ceilings in our bathroom, almost 8 feet, and our hallway leading to the bathroom on the 2nd floor is narrow with 2 90 degree turns. Initially, Tyler was fairly certain that the sheets of Onyx wouldn't fit up our hallway without cutting them into 2 pieces to shorten them. Jeff took a look at the hall and determined they would try to take the entire length of each Onyx panel up to our bathroom which means they could eliminate the seam needed if the panels were cut. It wasn't easy by any means but with much patience and a lot of heavy lifting Jeff and Seth were able to carry full sized pieces to our bathroom to install them as whole panels without any seams. This was preferred by us but I never asked them to try to use whole panels, Jeff just decided on his own to make it happen. One other point is that some of our baseboard needed to be removed to expand the thickness of one of our walls. Not only was the wall expanded but a new piece of baseboard was installed to complete the finish. Some people told me that the price was too high, that it should only cost some amount that they thought was right price. We paid a higher premium price than some of the other companies that are constantly running their ads and their mouths about how great they are. But what these companies don't tell you is that they are not certified to install the Onyx Collection where as Bath Pro is. I also will point out the one price guarantee and the quality of the work we received gave us peace of mind. Oh, I almost forgot to say that they cleaned up all the mess made. We are extremely happy with our new shower. Thank you Tyler, Jeff, and Seth. Thank you Bath Pro. Jim and Steffanie

  Shawn Zwigart and his team at Bath Pro did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling the bathroom and flooring in our home. From start to finish, they were trustworthy, honest, professional, and incredibly skilled. The quality of their work is exceptional, and it’s clear that they take real pride in what they do. What really sets Shawn apart is his dedication to his customers. He follows up to make sure everything is right and takes care of any issues that come up. That kind of commitment and integrity is hard to find these days.
