  We hired this company for a kitchen remodel approximately 2-3 years ago. The experience started out positive. The whole crew was professional, and there are aspects of the remodel that we still appreciate today. However, as the project neared completion, it felt like the focus shifted to finishing quickly rather than finishing well. The most concerning issue involved two pendant lights that were installed improperly. The contractor acknowledged the problem and promised to return and correct it, but despite multiple follow ups, the repair was never completed. Overtime, additional issues have surfaced such as, cracks in the newly installed ceiling, shifting flooring planks, poor tile finishing around the kitchen, and a garbage disposal connection that has come apart multiple times due to the way it was installed. No remodeling project is perfect, but what disappointed us most was the lack of follow through after the sale.

  Boates Brothers are very professional and prompt. I had outside damage after a tree fell on my house. All work was done efficiently and property was cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend and would use them again!
