  I recently had two separate jobs done by service tech Dawson: replace a leaking, old-style shut-off valve to outside hose bib and install a new Moen bathroom faucet. When I was a younger man, I did this kind of work for myself. Now, with some aging infirmities, I am so glad I opted to have Dawson do it for me. He came when expected, and he promptly and professionally completely both tasks to my 100% satisfaction, then cleaned up the site, removed the old pieces, and made sure there were no leaks. Dawson is a likeable man; I enjoyed talking with him as he explained what he was doing. I learned how modern materials, methods, and specialized tools have changed how to get the jobs done. He is thoughtfully concerned about customer satisfaction; for example: the faucet came with a stick-on label with model #, etc., and instructions to put it on the supply pipe. Dawson had a better idea - put it on the inside of the sink cabinet door where it is much more easily accessed and read. I highly recommend Frantz. They have done other work for me before, just as satisfactorily.

  Todd, the service technician was on time very courteous and explained everything as he was making the repairs. Before he left, he made sure he cleaned up double checed to make sure screws were put call in the unit and any miscellaneous wire pieces and trash were picked up. He asked if we had any questions before he walked out. I would highly recommend this company and Todd as well.

  Dawson came out to troubleshoot and resolve a difficult and elusive leaking fitting issue on the hot water loop of the house. He was meticulous in his work ensuring clean and professional work as a journeyman plumber. Thanks!

  Dawson was awesome he was patient with my questions, explaining everything so that I could understand well. He then explained to my husband multiple times with great patients. Professional from beginning to end.repaired or gas line and communicated with Columbia Gas directly to make certain our service was restored the same day. I can not say enough about care and quality of work he did.

  Beware of hidden "truck maintenance" and diagnostic fees not disclosed upfront. I am writing this review to warn future customers about this company's billing practices. While the plumbing work itself was good, I was shocked to find an unexpected diagnostic fee tacked onto my final invoice. When I called the office manager to dispute it, I was told this is a standard fee they charge to cover their own overhead, including "gas, wear and tear, and keeping the truck on the road." The issue is not the cost of doing business; it is the complete lack of transparency. This fee was never disclosed to me when I booked the service, nor was it mentioned before the technician arrived. Charging customers for internal fleet maintenance after the fact without prior consent is incredibly unprofessional. If you choose to use this company, make sure you get a complete, written breakdown of all potential trip charges, truck fees, and diagnostic rates before they come out, or look for a company that practices honest pricing.
