- LBLarry Brian3 days ago5.0This is the first time I have used Frantz Plumbing & Heating. WOW!! First, they were able to fit me in the day after I called. Kelly stated that the technician would arrive between noon and 12:30. Not the usual between 8 and noon time frame most companies give. At 12:15 I see the van pull into my driveway. then the second-best part was the technician, Owen. Let me tell you, Owen was the most kind, funny, truthful, energetic, knowledgeable people I have dealt with in regard to my home plumbing needs. We answered all my question to the point. And if he didn't know he would take a picture on his phone, told me he would research it, and get back with me. Frantz Plumbing, you have invested in a great employee with Owen!! Highly recommend Frantz Plumbing to anyone. Integrity is huge. And in my book this company has it.
