- JLJudy LeetiJul 27, 20225.0Always there when we need them. Even when our A/C went out on a 98° day. Thank you!
- HHHelen HornbakeFeb 7, 20215.0We had an emergency kitchen faucet issue. We attempted to repair it ourselves, but after taking it apart we realized that we needed a new faucet installed. After hours, we called Baumgardner’s Plumbing and Mechanical. I can’t begin to say enough about their customer service. They answered after hours and were here the next morning at 8am with a new faucet and installed it in less than an hour. No, I am not related to the Baumgardner family, and they did not ask me to review. But, rest assured, we will call them again when we need help, and we highly recommend them!
- TSTerra SlaybaughNov 16, 20191.0Would have given a NEGATIVE if I could have!!! Terrible customer service. Rude from the minute I spoke with the person on the phone. Would Not recommend. Very disappointed. Declined a job because I called another company first. Childish!!
