  Omar & Carlos were totally professional, efficient and effective. They found the problem and communicated the solution and cost of repair. It’s not their problem that the price of the repair was extremely high and quite frankly, excessive. That wasn’t their call. Basically it cost $800 for them to install a $200 condensate pump — which is not a difficult installation. But I really was not in a strong bargaining position — it’s over 100° now and will be for at least the next 2-3 days. I bit the bullet and paid the price. I needed the A/C functioning.

  They came very quickly in response to my emergency call when my hot water heater pretty much blew a gasket. I was very upset. Then Chris from Haller came & made everything right for me. Clean, neat, professional & nice. Wonderful!!

  Tristan from Haller Enterprises did a wonderful job. The unit was installed so good it will never move or get ruined from the weather. It works great. He was a true professional. The new thermostat is simple to use. What a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a job well done.

  I contracted with Haller to do annual maintenance on our home generator. They come annually for a checkup and also if something breaks down during the year. I. Pay $500 for an annual fee. The office personnel who schedule service are very personably and respectful, and the service repair folks have been great. Connor W has been our service person several times now, and he’s great - efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the office folks who communicate well with reminders and also will try to schedule things to get done faster if the roster changes, etc. Connor, for instance, was able to come a little earlier today, so I’m not stuck here at home waiting as is so often the case in other circumstances. Very pleased with service, and have peace of mind that this generator will last through thick and thin thanks to Haller.
