- MWMorgan Weinhold4 days ago5.0They were fantastic from start to finish. I needed a dumpster to clear out my basement, and the customer service was top-notch. The person who answered (friendly, professional, and consistent every time I called) listened to what I needed and suggested the exact right container size at a very fair, reasonable price. When my reserved size wasn't available, they upgraded me to a larger dumpster at no extra charge. Then, when I called the day before scheduled pickup needing two additional days to finish up, they accommodated the extension without tacking on extra fees. Drop-off was prompt first thing in the morning, and the driver expertly navigated narrow residential streets and a tight driveway without an issue. Pickup was just as smooth at the end of the day. Zero complaints—reliable, flexible, and honest service. I have another project before the year is up and will 100% be using them again as my go-to hauler.
- JPJeannie PlanthaberApr 23, 20261.0Highly Don’t Recommend. This is one of the worst companies you can ever hire. They will leave garbage all over your property, don’t show up on days when supposed to and always have excuses of why. Will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away from them.
