They more likely than not unintentionally caused $1900 worth of water damage to my home while they were clearing out a clog in the upstairs bathroom. My Insurance had a company come in and check for leaks. There were no leaks. The report stated that it was possible that the Water damage was caused when the company was clearing the clog and thought they had cleaned up any of the water but some leaked down into my dining room. That was the only possible cause that was written. I could file a claim with my insurance company. They stated they would seek reimbursement from this company, (I believe the word is Subjugate but I’m not sure) but I can’t file a claim because my rates go up. I end up paying for it anyway. The Service manager Basic Polite response was: Thanks for the report. You can’t Prove we caused the damage. That is true. Live and learn. I strongly urge anyone looking for a company to maintain or service plumbing, heating or cooling systems. Keep scrolling. The first call I made I had asked for the owner. I ended up talking to a manager and never did get a call from the owner or CEO.
