Not dependable. I called at 8 am and was told someone would be at my home between 11-1. At 1:15 I called to find out when I could expect them. I was told not today but they could come out the next day. Why would anyone call them.

My plumber moved out of the area. I had no idea how hard it would be to find a replacement and unfortunately, you don't look until you need one. I called around when the time came that I did need one. I had some really poor to horrible experiences with two of the first companies that came out. I then contacted was Sam Wexler Plumbing. I am very pleased with my experience and the work they did for me. The estimator came out, thoroughly reviewed the work that I was requesting to be completed, and I received an estimate in email within a few days. I decided to go with replacing a toilet and fixing a small issue to see how they did before I bring them back to install a back up sump pump system. The office was very professional and responsive. They helped me with scheduling the work and kept me informed along the way. They sent Jordan out. He installed a new toilet and flange, and reran a length PVC piping in the basement. Jordan was very professional and courteous. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do, thoroughly tested his work, made sure I was happy with the work that he did, and cleaned up before he left. I have finally found a plumbing company that I can trust and use in the future.

My wife and I had a house fire about 1.5 years ago. We hired a contractor to rebuild our whole house. Our contractor hired Sam Wexler for all of the plumbing. Right when we moved back into our new house after being displaced for a year there were problems right away. Every single bathroom sink had leaks, things weren't tightened all the way. We had to keep calling them to come back every few days to fix yet another leak. Which they did and came back often to fix their mistakes. They left a temporary plug on an access point that had caused the master bathroom toilet to constantly overflow and also drain fecal matter and urine into the shower. I called another plumber to come fix that, that plumber discovered the temporary plug that needed to be removed and solved that issue. Now, almost 7 months later after we moved into our house I discovered that there was water under the kitchen sink now. I did some looking and noticed that the pipe that connects the sink to the wall was just loose and was not glued into the wall at all. I could just pull it right out of the wall. So, I called them last weekend about it and today get the response that it is passed their "30 day warranty" now and that they can possibly send someone in a few days. Instead of having them come back out, I called my contractor about it and he is going to send someone completely different over to fix this issue now. Who knows what else I will discover in the future. UPDATE: Discovered another leak at the kitchen sink.
