They advertise a Bedford location , with a Bedford phone number, that is forwarded to Cumberland County? I was told by office staff phones are forwarded to a central office to capture a wider area of geography that they can not service. The management of Negley’s needs to re-evaluate their marketing and training people on the phones to be more familiar with the company and it’s business model and services 😡😡😡

They called us back within 15 minutes and discussed the issue. They were at our house the next day and replaced our pump. They kept us updated and informed and were extremely caring of our situation. In addition to this, they had also installed a water softener in our home last year. They are extremely professional and care about their clients needs. We highly recommend them! Thank you Negley’s for taking care of us!
