- GSGlenn SebastianMay 30, 20261.0Charged over $2000 in materials and labor and left with the tankless water heat unit completely unusable and worse than it was before they came. Installed a pump, a defective gauge, apparently a used valve with a stripped clean out cap, failed to repair the exhaust properly, pretty much just guessing the issue with the unit by throwing in-needed parts at it over multiple visits. Eventually unit was completely ruined by freezing since they never returned to repair it before the cold weather arrived. Horrendous workmanship and lack of professionalism, then demanded immediate payment without repairing anything, just ruining the entire unit!
