  I have been a Summers and Zim's customer for years and wouldn't entertain the thought of changing. Their service is outstanding! All of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional, especially Jose. It gives me peace of mind to know that Summers & Zim's will provide top notch service whenever I call.

  Well soggy around well is not a good thing and in the end was costly if thinking it would be cheap. My first call was to tri county water ,who no longer do plumbing and sent us here. They responded ASAP with text messages throughout the whole time. 1st. Small fork lift to dig 4' hole around well head pipe. Then cracked pipe replacement. Then fill the hole. That was two service men both friendly and great communication. But the worse thing these poor guys had to work in the rain and then just as the finished so did the 🌧️ rain. Then came with my service contact the electrician to check panel. Easy stuff checked panels, outdoor sockets, etc. Passed that. Then heater inspection became costly also. Needed important parts that regular Rhoads Fuel oil company service contact never looked into. In a way glad because very old out dated heater which is also irreplaceable.Like 1975 and discontinued. Then even the oil tank has signs of on it way out. But a lot more costly then we can do right now. So will wait on Rhoads and their service in Nov to see what they say. Might be a better price. But almost 6500.00 for a new oil tank. This inspection was way more detailed then any Rhoads ever did. But gotta have that service contract with oil company so good thing this where taken care of now because they have missed all these found today. Glad in a way but sad on cost involved to fix some many missed problems at once.nSo fixing is only way to stay warm. Though spent over 6000.00 for this problem of well and heater was worth it to still stay warm and have water. 4137.00 for well. Then another 1800.00 for those parts to heater. Not a swamp any more which it was slowly growing into. Did a great job at well even asked to come back to level area better but told them no it was fine as it is. Many trucks (3)so glad had long driveway to help them stay off the road. All in all was help I needed. Set me back in funds but advanced me in New quality parts to last then next 1975 til 2026....50+ years.🤞

  I always request Darren because he always teaches me about my system. Plus the first time he was here all l needed to do was see his clean & well organized van & knew I was in good hands. And little dog, Pepper, loves Darren.
