  One day the lights and outlets in my bathroom stopped working. I called a different company that spent 30 minutes, couldn’t find the problem but tried to upsell me on replacing all my outlets and switches. Summer and Zims came the next day, spent hours looking and found the issue. They returned the next day to fix the problem which was a lot bigger than just replacing an outlet. They were honest and clear in their explanations, did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I live in an old house with interesting wiring. I will be using S and Z for my other electrical needs

  A technician named Shane came to our house about 1:30 in the afternoon for what we all thought would be a routine service call for my Heat Pump. However Shane found that the system was not set up correctly when it was installed three years ago and Worked via phone with one of the senior technicians from Summers and Zim’s to correct and tune the system. His total time at our house was a little over three hours. There were no major problems, but rather Shane and Ken the senior Technician with whom he worked wanted to get the system right. I have used Summers and Zim’s in the past and find That they have a significant number of very experienced technicians and specialists at their company.

  Thank God for Summers and Zims. I love this company, Great Tech help also they do the great job and never upsell you or play any games while using the best equipment and brands. love this company... I recommend them to anyone.

  Tag and Garret did a thorough maintenance check on my plumbing system yesterday, including all bathrooms, dishwasher, water heater etc. They were both very personable and professional. I appreciate the care they took as they worked throughout my home. Tag provided a detailed summary on each maintenance item checked and addressed any questions i had. He also advised on things to watch for in the future which I appreciated. Great job, thank you guys!

  I called early in the morning and they suggested that the time would be between 10 and noon. The gentleman that answered the phone was very pleasant for being so early in the morning.I stated that I would like the technician text me when he was arriving. To my great Surprise he came two hours earlier. He introduced himself was very pleasant. Explain the steps that he was going to take. I should say that before he did take any steps to repair he came and spoke to me first. Jose explained what was happening, he does have an accent, but I was able to understanding. He spoke Lehman‘s terms so I was able to comprehend what was happening with the air-conditioning heating system, which is old. He was very clean returned the hose that he had borrowed. I would give this gentleman five stars.
