  Great experience first estimate project on first two visits with two more visits to complete. Meeting budget estimate $/time. Dylan W Craftsman has been GREAT! He has been very efficient and still attention to detail. He also good listener and had explained his game plan on four separate projects on what doing when and how.

  The workman ship was good. I got a light post out in but the customer service department never sent the project pictures and details of the job to him. So when he got here there was more to do then he was hired to do and i had to have my wife run for cement because she never told him when he would be doing. So that was a little frustrating for everyone and im sure cost me more because the job then took longer then expected. Again the guy who did the job was great and friendly i just dont think id use them again.

  I had stair treads replaced and doors put on open shelving. I am very pleased with the results and quality of the work done

  Several of the projects were completed today. Since it was not the 8 hour day quoted, the adjusted the cost of the project. The office staff and the handyman were kind and courteous.
