  Nice people, but wildly overpriced. Triple what another company was for labor only to fix parts that were covered under warranty. I would highly recommend doing your research and getting other estimates before moving forward with any work.

  They installed our split duct unit, includes a 12 year warranty, failed with bad flare from labor defect in 5 years. Tried to charge over $3,000 for a flare and refrigerant recharge. Called a local company and the cost is under $1,000. Avoid at all costs. ***Edit to add. After being contacted by this company, I was advised we will "have to agree to disagree" They do flat rate pricing, nothing is itemized. Asked for an invoice to see what would be covered by the 12 year part warranty. Upcharging refrigerant by an ungodly amount. Will never do business with this company again.

  If I could give more stars I would. Nathan worked with me for months getting everything figured out and making sure every question I had was answered. Please note that the process itself did not take that long, I just had plenty of questions and wanted to truly understand everything that would be happening. I worked with quotes from another company when I was working with Haller/Nathan, and while the other company got annoyed with my endless questions, Haller/Nathan was there with all my answers. At every turn Haller blew the competition out of the water, both with price and customer service. I was thoroughly impressed and happy with the whole process start to finish. Everyone I was in contact with in this company was absolutely fantastic.

  We were very pleased with the level of service and courtesy that we received from the customer service representatives from Haller. Also, Heidi, in the Altoona Office, was helpful and friendly and assured us she would get in touch with the person we needed. Our Technician, Ronald Beckett, made sure to explain what he had to do to fix our problems and why he was doing it. He was friendly and professional in his work. Thank you to everyone!
