  I had an outstanding experience with Titan heating and air conditioning. From start to finish the entire process was smooth and the customer service was exceptional. Jamie the project manager was fantastic communication was excellent throughout the entire project and he kept me informed every step of the way. The financing application was also quick and easy which made the whole process even less stressful the installation team which included Hunter, Fernando and Larry did an amazing job they were courteous efficient friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me answered all my questions and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left .I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to come a day earlier than originally scheduled after calling to make sure it works for me of course and they even completed the installation faster than the original estimated time frame without sacrificing quality. It's refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism communication and customer satisfaction I highly recommend Titan heating and air conditioning to anyone looking for honest knowledgeable technicians and outstanding service. Thank you Jamie, Hunter ,Fernando and Larry for making this such a positive experience. Harley recommend Titan heating and air conditioning and will definitely use again for future needs.

  CJ & Cory were prompt and professional. Installation went well. They educated me about the furnace and AC maintenance. I would recommend Titan to everyone. Plus they came out in July 3rd to install our new AC & Furnace units!!!

  Titan HVAC was a pleasure to work with from the start. Rick did a great job assessing our air conditioner and presenting our options. His write up was thorough and went above and beyond in assisting. On the day of installation- CJ, Anthony, and Larry did a great job replacing the existing unit and took their time to ensure it was done well. They left little trace they were here working and were kind to my nosy kids who had many questions.

  I was promised to have it all cleaned up. It’s been a year and a half and I am cleaning my garage out and still finding dust and dirt through all my materials in my garage. They didn’t even tarp it or even vacuum clean it out. I find nuts and bolts and screws all over the place and the filter was sticking out and after the tech come to my house, he told me lucky was within a year or he would’ve had to charge me $120 to come out and look at the filter.

  On 6/15/26 Titan HVAC technicians Fernando and Cory arrived on time for an A/C unit installation which also involved a rooftop compressor installation. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, both Fernando and Cory were easy to work with and able to answer all questions for a somewhat difficult complete tear out and installation project which was completed in less than 8-hours. I highly recommend this team of two for any infurther HVAC project or repair.
