  Well… my garage door decided that 4:00 PM was the perfect time to stage a full-blown mutiny. The cable jumped off the drum, and the door was no longer opening or closing. As someone who firmly believes, “I can probably fix this myself,” I spent 25 sweaty minutes in a hot garage before admitting defeat. (The garage door won.) I called The Real Giel Garage Doors, explained my DIY adventure and that I couldn’t get the door to go up or down. The person who answered was absolutely wonderful, kind, reassuring, and told me someone would be out shortly. By 5:30 PM, the technician had arrived, fixed everything quickly, and was on his merry way before I had time to start Googling “garage door repair for dummies.” Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. If your garage door decides to have a dramatic moment, skip the sweat and call The Real Giel Garage Doors. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

  We were so impressed by how quickly they responded and come out to help us fix our garage door. We were worried about having to get a whole new door, but they went right to work and fixed it right then and there! Very appreciative of that kind of service!   After they installed our new garage door opener a couple months later we had a slight issue and they came out and fixed it without a service charge. This time I needed service twice in one week the first time the eye sensors were out of alignment and Sara walked me through aligning the lights so that a service call wasn’t needed. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the mechanism That was so much appreciative for seniors on fixed income. Second incident was a damaged Garage Door. I called on a weekend and Matt had picked up the call and came the same day. My husband is in a wheelchair and I can’t express the gratitude for the service and expediency in which they return calls and service. They always try to fix the issue first rather than try to sell unnecessary product. We not only highly recommend them but we trust them.

  Was able to get an appointment with just a days notice. The guys came during the slotted window and received a text ahead of time they were in route. Once here the assed the situation and quickly knew what the problem was. While they had every opportunity to upsell me or recommend something not needed these guys did the exact opposite. They treated the call as if it were their house. Greatly appreciate their honesty and service . Highly recommend .
