From the first phone call to the office, to the guys that came out to measure for the new door, to the actual installation of the door, it was a very pleasant and successful result! Everyone was so respectful and the job was done very neatly and clean-up was thorough. We were always given notice of anything that was being done. We HIGHLY recommend this team!!

For instance, one Sunday (in the winter) our garage door broke a cable and was not operable. Real Giel came out and fixed the problem the same day! We have always had great service from them.

First, I dealt with Dave Giel for many years to install a new garage door opener and to perform repairs. More recently, I worked with his nephew, Matt, who installed a new garage door opener after 34 years. Dave and Matt are both extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and customer service oriented. Today my garage door remote opener stopped working. When I called the Real Giel Garage Door office, I spoke with Sara, who suggested that I try replacing the battery in the remote before sending a technician out. I replaced the battery and it worked! Sara’s suggestion saved me a service call charge. She was very helpful and personable. I would highly recommend the Real Giel Garage Doors if you are looking for an excellent, honest, reasonably priced and customer service oriented company.
