Kevin Collins from Schuler Service was amazing. The entire process with Schuler was easy and helpful. I will definitely use their service again. Not only did he advise me (via phone) and my Mom (present at the house) about options to meet our needs, but he definitely went the extra mile. I was not present because I had to work. My 83 year old mother was there. She called me and we spoke about options via phone. After we made the service decisions and I hung up, he made the repairs and the toilet looks 100% better. My chocolate lab Dobby was sick and vomited on the carpet (vet appt tomorrow). Kevin actually cleaned it up so my mom didn’t need to bend over to do so. Talk about going the extra mile! Had she needed to clean it up, she could have fallen and gotten hurt. I cannot say how much we appreciate that he did this for her/us. Thank you Kevin and Schuler Service!

Brian was great. He was able to get to my job sooner than scheduled. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed my plumbing issue, provided me with a quote for the work and completed the job within an hour. Nice guy and he cleaned up the site afterwards.

I used Schuler once before and had an excellent experience. I wanted Chuck Bell but he was already booked for the day. They sent John Parenti and I was not disappointed. John was very courteous and respectful of my home. He was able to diagnose the leak and did an excellent job doing the repair. I will absolutely use Schuler for future plumbing needs. Thanks for a job well done.

.Kevin Collins was exceptional. in one day He installed new back flow preventer and two new Full Port Ball Valves. Kevin tested the valves and verified his work met code. Schuler Service Pricing is very reasonable. This is second time I have had a technician to my house to look for leaks that the city water department insisted I had. Turns out the city was wrong. I am so relieved and happy we have proof that I do not have water leaks in my house. I am a retired mechanical Engineer and very proud to say I recommend Schuler Service Inc.I

ULTRA EXPENSIVE.....No free quote to install a gas water heater placed in an apartment closet...charged 89 dollars just to give the price of 3400 dollars .....for a 50 gallon gas water heater replacement when other companies charge 2400 dollar average and some even do it for 2200...mind you ..they do you Bradford white better qaulity than homw depot and lowes brads ...but a 50 gallon Bradford 50 galon is 900 dollar vs 700 for the home depot-lowes water heater...200 dollar diference for the unit and more 1000 dollar difference in installation cost
