  Brian was great! He was fast and efficient. We had an issue with the pressure valve that impacted the hot water heater. Brian was able to come out very quickly on a Saturday. They work directly with the manufacturer to take care of the warranty part of our water heater.

  Brian was able to accurately diagnose our plumbing issue after an unsuccessful treatment attempt by another provider. Brian showed us what the problem was, why the prior treatment did not work and how to accurately fix it. We scheduled the hydro jetting procedure and that took care of it.Brian and his assistant left everything cleaner than when they arrived and our problems were resolved. Thank you Schuler!

  Jason was very patient and thorough in his assessment of overall water issues in my dad’s home. He and his apprentice, Danny tested his well water and ordered a specially-designed water filtration system to improve the water quality. He patiently explained everything to us very well. It never seemed like a dishonest, “hard sales” experience. Of course we were concerned about the cost, and he worked to provide us with every possible discount, which was nice. The install was completed today and everything seems to be working very well. I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them again for my own home. We highly recommend this professional, family-oriented business!!

  Follow up 04/17/2026 Surprised at the $500 cost for "repairing a leaking coupling" as per work ticket. Replacing a 6 inch pipe feeding my garden hose. Approx. 1 hr work. See Ex. of attached pictures. I think someone dropped the ball on this visit. Would appreciate a response from Schuler... Winston Jones wonderfully talented. A pleasure to work with. A previous Schuler pro press installation failed 9 months outside the 2yr. warranty. I still went with them because of their talented mechanics but was surprised at the $500 cost for "repairing a leaking coupling" minus $37 coupon.Schuler policy required on site signing before work was started. No quotes over the phone as per receptionist. Asked if something could be done. Outside warranty response from office. Well for that price... press fit was out! Winston was accomodating in completing my request for a good old fashioned solder job. 5 stars for Winston and 6 or even 7 if I could. Dropping a star for Schuler sales 5 to 4 as a repeat customer who could have been charged a little less. Alot less. Older Posts below. First time using Schuler. Impressed. asked for and signed another estimate. Friday June 2 2023 Follow up. Had an Upflush installed.Thankyou.
