Recently, Lehigh Valley Chimney installed a chimney liner at my home. Whether it was Phil (the owner) when he inspected my chimney and gave me an estimate, or Ashley and other staff members answering the phones, or the technicians, Elvis and Adonis who installed the liner, the common theme was excellent customer service. They were very polite, respectful and made me feel as though I was there most important customer at that point in time. The technicians also did a great job leaving my property very clean. I know I made the right choice when I gave Lehigh Valley Chimney the job. I sleep well knowing my chimney is now in good shape. I recommend Lehigh Valley Chimney to anyone needing chimney work. They are top-notch!

I had a great experience with Lehigh Valley Chimney! Chris and another gentleman came out and cleaned my pellet stove, and they did a great job. Chris was also so helpful with answering all of my questions and getting back to me whenever I called. Will and Tyree installed my chimney liner, and they were both great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate the great service from the whole team. I would definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Chimney to anyone who needs chimney or pellet stove work done

Awesome company to work with… very prompt, very neat/clean, very professional, very hard/excellent workers, very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, very informative throughout the process. They definitely went above and beyond to investigate the situation, explain the urgent nature of it & what they would do to fix it, provide/explain an honest quote & stuck to it, went above & beyond to help me get the financing worked out, etc. Thank God they were willing & able to go out of their way to get me an earlier appointment for inspection… then, seeing the urgent nature of the situation, made it work to get it completely done that very same day!!! Thank you guys!!! Thank you Chris, Christane, Aiden, Mike, Heather, Ashley, & Jonalee!!! I really appreciate all of you going out of your way for us today!!! Highly recommended!!!

I was unexpectedly put in the position of having to have the chimney on my house repaired. Initially, they recognized that without help I would be without hot water and their response was quick. Someone was at my house the same day to do what was necessary and make a temporary fix. They then scheduled an appointment and sent 3 workmen to do the permanent repair. I have dealt with 7 people from Lehigh Valley Chimney and was very impressed by each of them. They have all been professional, courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the service they provide and the people they employ. If you need any work done on your house chimney I highly recommend this company.
