  Adonis and Hendrick did a fantastic job with our chimney, they went above and beyond. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. When they left, you couldn't tell they were here. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. Highly recommend them and the company.

  Chris and his crew replaced a flue and cap on my chimney. They were friendly caring and thorough . Chris discussed his findings after examining my chimney. He presented several options to repair the issue . The repair was high quality for a fair price. I am very grateful to Lehigh Valley Chimney and will continue to be their customer in the future.

  Lehigh Valley Chimney did a wonderful job replacing our old chimney with a much more durable structure. Andrew and Will were consummate professionals, explaining the process, answering questions, and showing the excellent results. I'd recommend Lehigh Valley Chimney to anyone for any repairs, upkeep, or replacement of their chimney.

  Over the summer I got a chimney inspection done and discovered substantial deterioration and damage to my chimney. Given the size and scope of work I solicited 5 bids from 5 different chimney repair vendors, with no expectations Lehigh Valley Chimney would have been my first pick. HOWEVER, I was wrong after meeting with all the other chimney vendors. Lehigh Valley Chimney were the most thorough and details, and had exceptional expertise. Working with them made me feel I would get the job done well and correctly. Below is a list of reasons on why I picked Lehigh Valley Chimney over 5 other providers: 1. Dedicated subcontractor for flashing and roof related work: This one was massive, only 1 other, Integrity Chimney had something similar. All others either had a 'guy' who did flashing on the side in the company (so not an expert), or refused to do any flashing work. LVC's subcontractor has 25 years of experience in roofing and works as an independent specialist for any roof related jobs. Only con was it was hard to get him scheduled but that is expected given the summer season. 2. Extremely thorough: All vendors I had check the situation I shared the exact same details, I gave the inspection report and what I knew from that, nothing else. I wanted to see what each of them would say and suggest for work. The technician who serviced my home was the most thorough of all the other vendors. He had read the inspection report in advance and still got on the roof to see himself and take additional pictures of my 2nd chimney that was not inspected and I was concerned with. He gave a detailed explanation of each issue, and why it was a problem. Only integrity chimney had a similar level of expertise, but they didn't take the same level of care and time as Lehigh Valley Chimney, especially with the 2nd chimney which I wanted a clear full scope before paying so I did't have a surprise change order, or work being neglected that was not in scope. The other 3 missed core details these two picked up, which would have ended up outside of the scope of work (if they covered change orders at all). 3. Price transparency: Almost all of these vendors use the same platform, so that means Lehigh Valley Chimney chooses to give customers a line by line breakdown on prices. Something other vendors choose not to do. 4. Not pushy on sales: The others I worked with were often pushy to get a signed agreement before the leave that they can complete the work. Really appreciated they let the inspection speak for itself 5. Detailed on change orders: Most others have nothing listed in regards to change orders. If you don't have that, it means if the scope changes the work just doesn't get done. This ties in with my 2nd point, since they have that high level of detail with their inspections, they ensure the job is quoted and priced as accurately as possible. 6. Warranty: All work they complete is covered under a 10 year warranty which is great for that extra peace of mind Other things to note: 1. Pricing: In terms of pricing, generally expect to pay around 20%-30% more than the standard less experienced competitors for each line item on these jobs. The pro is they do offer discounts with the size of the scope, so in theory they are more price competitive the bigger the job. What I want to stress is you are paying for is that the job is done well and correctly. The only comparable competitor I would consider is Integrity Chimney with similar expertise in this area was priced about the same per line item (I had to ask, since not broken out) but were about 5% cheaper. Overall I would highly recommend you consider Lehigh Valley Chimney for any large jobs. I would encourage if you want more than 1 bid to have Integrity Chimney also review your job but if you are thinking of using Chimney Scientists, Wells & Sons Chimney, or Maximum Energy savers, understand that there are multiple components their technicians do not understand, from stove/flute placement, to water intrusion, to scope of flashing work, but that is baked into their lower prices.

  Last year we had Lehigh Valley Chimney assess our chimney, after having issues with our new hot water heater. They installed all new pipe, liner and cap, which solved the problem and will help preserve our chimney. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. This year two technicians, Patrick and Adonis, came to perform a yearly cleaning and maintenance on our chimney. They were excellent. They were very prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them at our home. We would definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Chimney.
