  Highly Recommend Diehl Paving! They are fairly priced, professional and a family business. Attention in correcting the problems we had with the old driveway, cracking and crumbling in areas that were not done correctly by the previous paving company we had. They took the time to dig out the bad areas and add fresh asphalt to build up those spots and then pave the driveway.

  UPDATE: The owner/management Troy reached out to me directly after seeing my initial review to rectify the situation. They explained that a communication breakdown and an internal scheduling oversight were the reasons my original request fell through the cracks. They apologized and provided me with the proper quote, which was very fair and reasonable. While my initial review was strictly based on that frustrating lack of communication, I really appreciate a business that takes accountability and proactively works to make things right. Based on this follow-up, I would be willing to give them another chance. ——————————————————- I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this company. They came out to my property to put together an estimate for a paving job, and that was the last I heard from them. After waiting and receiving zero follow-up, I took it upon myself to call their office to ask about the status of my quote. I was told by their staff that they would look into it and call me right back. It has now been an over two weeks, and I still haven't received a single phone call or email. I was fully prepared to give this company my business and move forward with the project, but this experience has been a massive red flag. If a company can’t manage basic communication or follow up on a warm lead, it makes me highly question their reliability, organization, and the quality of their actual workmanship. If they are this difficult to reach before they have my money, I can't imagine the nightmare it would be if there was an issue during or after the paving job.

  We just had our driveway done by Diehl and they did an amazing job. Troy’s communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend if you need a driveway installed/redone/sealed.

  I was very impressed with Diehl’s from the beginning. They quoted me at the end of last year and held the price. They completed on the timeline they promised. The driveway looks terrific. Troy Jr and Sr were both involved in the process and spent time with me working out my drainage problems. My salesman Tim was knowledgeable and accommodating. However the best part was watching the crew. They were like a finely tuned machine. It was a sight to behold. I’d recommend them to anyone.
