  Curtis did an exceptional job with our A/C installation. Will did a great job explaining our options and we decided to go with the new Trane unit. The crew that cleaned our vents and installed the new system were very professional and kept a tidy worksite. We are very pleased. Thanks Guys!

  Curtis Plumbing came out to fix our outdoor spigots for our landlord. Unfortunately this involved cutting into my suite to reach the outside to replace the broken parts. In the scheduling process I was ensured they would work around my schedule, clean up any mess left over, and ensure no damage would be done to my investment into my business. The only thing that was true was that they scheduled work around my availability. The plumbers couldn’t even bother to bring a tarp with them to lay down on the floor as they ripped apart the drywall. After the work was completed, I noticed plaster all over my rubber flooring. Hoping for an easy fix, I went through vacuuming and mopping the area by myself for a week without bothering anyone about it. I didn’t think it was a big deal - we’ve had plenty of work done to our walls in the past and I was able to clean up easily. Through several attempts, I realized the floor needed to be professionally cleaned. Contacted my landlord, who said it’s not their responsibility because they didn’t do the work. Okay that makes sense. Well, they called Curtis and they told my landlord it's not their problem either. That doesn't make any sense. I contacted Curtis Total Service on multiple occasions over the phone myself. I either leave a message with Rick or I get tossed around on the phone waiting for a reasonable resolution to this situation. Everything has gone unanswered, and now I’m working with my attorney to file a lawsuit since no one cares to own up to the mess. As a small business owner, I’m pretty patient and reasonable when it comes to folks fixing things. Being ignored when I’ve been wronged isn’t included in that.

  Jason and Abraham were wonderful! They were very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They fixed the wiring under my house in a timely and efficient manner. They made sure everything was in working order before they left my home. I highly recommend Curtis Total service and if you need electrical repairs, I highly recommend Jason! He's the best there is.
