- EEEdwardJun 17, 20265.0A few days ago my outdoor AC unit unexpectedly started running very poorly, and would not cool the air much at all I gave Curtis Total Service a call after finding them on Google and seeing all the excellent reviews To make a long story short they sent out Will an HVAC technician the same day I called, and he had my AC unit running in no time just like new! Absolutely amazing company and service! From setting up the service call with Brian over the phone, to Will the technician coming out and fixing my AC unit, it was a fantastic experience! Any future issues I have as far as HVAC, plumbing or electrical I will only be calling Curtis Total Service!
- JHJane HittnerJun 13, 20261.0It still makes my stomach churn everytime I hear their ads. I had a spring air conditioner check/clean up scheduled in 2020. I had to pay upfront. The guy who came out opened up the panel and told me that I needed a new unit. Not only that he told me I needed a new furnace also. He said he'd put my check toward that new furnace. It's six years later and my old furnace and air conditioner are still going strong. I'm a senior citizen and should have pushed for the return of my check. I would not trust Curtis.
