  Communication was top notch from the very beginning. Super easy to get scheduled and get someone out here. They gave a very good assessment on the problem with our vent fan in our bathroom. They told me they’d call to setup an appointment when they got the necessary materials, and called back in a few days. The installation went great, and the technician did a great job of explaining the issue.

  Was a big fan of Chud until my last routine service appt. Annual heater cleaning turned into a 16k bill for a new boiler. The technician, Kyle represented me a false carbon monoxide reading and tried explaining the boiler wasn’t repairable. After 2 other companies inspected the heater, both confirmed nothing was wrong & found no carbon monoxide leakage. Pushing unnecessary sales over service is just bad business. Will never use Chud again… Edit: Next day I was contacted by the owner Rich Chud. We discussed the events of my recent service. Rich assured me that pushing sales is not his business model. The service tech Kyle, will be shadowing more experienced techs with the expectation of better representing Chud. Rich listened to my concerns, & genuinely wanted to make the situation right. After all, customer referrals are the backbone of business longevity. Thanks Rich!

  Jeremy and Joey came for my duct cleaning today and they were great. Both professional, respectful and efficient! Took their time, explained everything to me and wore shoe covers around the house! Great pair to work with today. Thanks so much guys!!

  I had a great experience with Chud, who replaced my central AC and water heater. The whole process from quote to install was smooth and effortless, they left a clean job site, and the 10-year parts+labor warranty gives me such a peace of mind. Thank you, Kyle, Matt, and Cohl!

  Tom has been our HVAC tech several times for regular maintenance and issues prior to our new system, and he has always been friendly, timely and provides excellent service. Tom most recently noticed a problem with a leaking pipe that he was able to fix while he was here. CHUD has been great and easy to schedule with providing pictures and names of their workers coming out. Overall great company and great workers!
