  Jeremy and Seth were very good at their jobs and very informative. I believe the price was good; another company was charging more. Also, my neighbor mentioned she’s been using Chud for years. Thanks

  I have had nothing but wonderful service so far with Chud. Under their service plan for duct cleaning they arrived on time and was very proficient Seth and Jeremy were great! very satisfied with the customer service.

  Amanda in the office went above and beyond to help me. She provided outstanding customer service. Queen who answers the phone is so nice and very helpful. Nate, the Repair Technician was wonderful! Matt & Jimmy work so hard all day in the heat while installing my inside&outside heating and air conditioning units. Jacob was at my house delivering parts to the guys. Matt Mac has the most wonderful personality. He is anll all anbout providing outstanding customer service. All were friendly, knowledgable, professional and courteous. Thank you Chud for having exceptional employees!

  Had CHUD come out to do an annual service of my AC. Yes, my AC unit is old. However, it was working fine BEFORE the service call. The technician came downstairs told me I needed a new condenser and air handler, and gave me an estimate of $18K to replace. (He also told me I didn't have a sensor to detect leaks.) I was SHOCKED. After the tech left, my AC unit was not working AT ALL. We sweat through the entire night. I called a different place the next day to find out why my AC suddenly wasn't working at all and to get a second opinion + estimate. The second (honest) guy told me the tech from CHUD had left the side of the air handler disassembled and even showed me a picture - which is why my AC hadn't been working all night. Also, he showed us the picture of our system's sensor and noted it looked as if it had been pushed down/aside so as to not be seen in the previous tech's photo. My AC is now working fine and while he said I should consider replacing the system, it's not an imminent problem. I'm extremely disappointed in the shady behavior from CHUD and will not be using them any longer moving forward.
