Chud has been nothing but super helpful from the beginning to the end of the process! From the first visit coming out and explaining everything on what would be done and how it would be completed with Kyle. The warranties alone, were worth every penny!
To the installation with Matt B and Cohl. Nothing but professional and efficient even when we were having issues with my neighbors. They cleaned up after themselves, worked with my husvands requests, explained everything that was done and how to work each peice of new equipment, and answered my husband and my constant questions.
To the front office when I was believing we had an issue, I never called back because I figured it out, and still they called me to make sure everything was okay.
To the duct cleaning with Jeremy and Seth. Everything was done in a timely manner, they explained the process, right on time and started immediately, and were extremely professional.
I have no complaints on any of the services provided and would highly recommend Chud to my friends and family!
Now the only thing I would complain about is having Chud stickers everywhere on and in my house, I understand Advertisement but I do believe it was overkill.
Overall wonderful company!

Efficient, communicative, and informative. On time every time and easy to reach if you want information. Excellent job getting an air conditioner put in. I very much recommend this company. You will really like the technicians that come to your house. They wear coverings on their shoes and they cover all your floors. Couldn’t recommend the men more highly poor. men them more highly

After 12 long years Chud finally got us AC, the whole team; from Kyle’s knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail who did our estimate, to Andy and Anthony who did the install they made sure everything was perfect! They showed up on time worked non stop approx 6-7hrs and left their workspace spotless. The install manager Matt was courteous enough to stop by and check on their work and make sure the install was going well. The office staff was friendly and professional! There was some back and forth about the work to be done (getting heat and air, and converting from oil to electric heat) that did not come to fruition, which is fine. And out of all our estimates they were the highest, however they were willing to compromise on a decent price. At the end of the day, it was money well spent and I am still shocked that after this long my house is finally cooled off! Nice job to everyone at Chud! And I hope the team got a good laugh at our ancient system!

The company was very professional..I had a single zone system installed..the initial installation had a problem with the model of the mini system I wanted and when I informed Chudd it was the incorrect model..they proceeded to go above and beyond the effort and obtain and install the model I wanted the same day..I didn't think they would be able to locate the model I requested and finish in the same day but they did..Their technicians were friendly and did a super job on the installation and cleanup which only took one day. If you need a mini split system you won't go wrong with Chudd. Instead of having your system installed by a single person which might take several days..Chudd surrounds the job with several expert technicians so they can complete the job in one day..I give Chudd a 5 star rating.

Overall the installation was good despite the 93 degree weather that day. Techs worked nonstop from 8am to 6pm without a break. One thing I have to mention is a strong storm came in just as they were finishing in the basement. Right where the hoses, etc from the ac unit come into the basement, there was a lot of water dripping into the basement from that area during the heavy storm. The tech Matt did run out in pouring rain to try to plug up that area and also inside the basement. Quite a mess on the basement floor. At that point I told the techs that they could leave and I would take care of the cleanup. They both were soaking wet and tree had just come down in my yard. My question is, after installation shouldn't the techs make sure the outside installation area does not have any openings around the hoses, pipes, etc and plug up any openings? I'm certain there was foam sealant around that area prior to install and never had water coming in like that before.
Also, one other thing I would like to mention is when I was asking about the name of the units that would be installed and told it would be Amana, Kyke didn't nention that Daikin makes Amana even though I mentioned earlier that a previous quote I received they would be installing Daikin units. I did bring it up after and then he did tell me that it was Daikin that makes Amana! I'm sure he new this so why not mention! So far heater is working good as had to put on last 2 days. I do appreciate throwing in a new water heater for a small additional fee. I'm assuming that I will be contacted regarding the duct cleaning which was included in my proposal?
