  A large chain home improvement store did not install my dishwasher as promised so I last minute needed it installed by another plumber. With a toddler, dishes pile up fast! I called Apex and not only were they able to provide me a great price but same day service! My plumber Trevor got right to work and was very knowledgeable. He was sure to check with me that the dishwasher was far back enough and gave me a run down of what he did. Will recommend to others!

  They installed a Daikin mini split ,Throughout my house five total units. And it came with a 12 year warranty and one of my Condensation pumps went bad within four years. And the brand they installed has a horrible warranty, and they stuck me with it and said it was Not a Daikin part. Of course there’s loopholes and all those warranty suck and they just run you in circles with their Crap. Very disappointed.

  Very quick response for an initial service call. The unit had failed and was quoted a full replacement with in a day. Installation was completed within the same week. Very professional, timely and courteous service! Highly recommend Apex!

  Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable. He listened to everything that I needed to tell him before jumping in to diagnose our issue. I wanted to be there to see exactly what he was testing etc. and he didn't seem bothered. He took the time to explain so that I understood. We still don't have a solution, but he's looking into our situation. We will definitely have him give us a quote on replacement in the near future.
