Please avoid at all cost. You will thank me. Guardian Roofing is yet another contracting company that takes advantage of customers; providing bad quality work and stress. They do not know how to communicate, with customers or between themselves. My project manager Mandy I honestly felt bad for, she was struggling so much, very disorganized, had no idea what was going on, and had incomplete or false information that I had to correct for her many times. Guardian Roofing never even completed part of the job that was required by our homeowners insurance (flashing on our chimney) and blamed us for it, and the new chimney crown they put on is chipped all around the edges, cracked in spots, and not rounded out as it should be to drain water off. They wanted to come out and redo it but I do not trust them to do it right, as they couldn't the first time, if they even came out at all. I found discrepancies in invoices and billing and when I requested a breakdown of how much services costs for more thorough examination, the general manager Joe refused and kept aggressively calling and threatening me, before going over the invoice himself and finding one problem though there were many others he ignored. He had no interest in my concerns about the quality of work, communication issues, and poor customer experience, and only cared about the money.

Friendly crew, they cleaned up afterwards, and they were able to work around existing conditions. There was some trouble areas where the roof and the gutter marry up, the crew added material to the gap to ensure water runoff went into the gutter. Sorry but I have to update my review. I asked the salesman and then the installers themselves what length screws they were using and both said a 2” screw. Okay the bracket has a 2” length before the screw gets to the the rafters, so let me clarify the question: What is the penetration of the screw? How deep does the screw drill into the rafter tail? It’s frustrating I can’t get an answer. I specifically asked what slope is my gutters going to be at because I do not want standing water in my gutters. Salesman didn’t know, the installers didn’t know what slope was. I told the installer I want greater than the plumbers 2% slope. Installer told me all he knows is he installs when the level bubble touches the line. Well that’s redneck. I get it, it’s easy. But now I have 1/4” standing water in my gutters. Not all of it, but in places. Enough I wish I was listened to. Plumbers use 2% slope if slope is greater than, the water drains without carrying the load it’s supposed to carry. Yeah, that’s what I wanted. Drain water drain, I can clean the gutters later. My trouble spot with my old gutter is where the gutter runs into the gable end above my front door. Water like spill out right there. My new gutters stop short of the gable wall by about 3/8” leaving a gap. I have a deflector up on the roof to help prevent that. I guess the installers thought that was enough.

I contacted Guardian to get a bid to repair our gutters. I made an appointment & the person I spoke with gave me a date & time. She even repeated the date & asked if someone would be home. I told her yes. I waited for a representative & now one arrived. I left my work early to be home @ 12 noon. Nobody came & I did not receive a call stating the reason. Then I get a text stating a different date & time. I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional & unreliable.

A huge thank you to the Guardian crew who just finished replacing our gutters! It is rare to find a team that combines years of experience with such a high level of efficiency. The crew members are: Gabriel. E Jose . D Samuel and Robert They were incredibly professional, kind, and left the workspace spotless. If you are looking for quality work and a stress-free experience, I highly recommend giving Guardian a call. I can’t recommend this crew enough. They were professional from start to finish—efficient, polite, and very experienced. It’s refreshing to work with people who take such pride in their craft. Five stars!

I requested a consultation from Guardian Roofing and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to squeeze me in the same day due to a schedule change on their end. The technician was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our concerns. The entire experience left us feeling confident and comfortable moving forward with Guardian Roofing for our upcoming project. While I didn’t obtain quotes from other companies and initially felt their pricing was on the higher side, I truly believe you get what you pay for. The level of professionalism and exceptional service we received made it clear that the value is there. We’re happy to pay a little extra for quality work and outstanding customer care. We’re hopeful the work itself will be completed with the same high level of care and attention that was evident during the consultation. **This is a follow-up from our consultation.  A team was in touch the next day to schedule our job which was scheduled only 2 days after our consult.  The two gentlemen who came out to do the work were so professional and did a quick, efficient job. We are very happy with their work. I know one of the guys was named Jose, but I cannot recall the other's name. However, they made a great team!
