  Joe G came out to my home today to provide a quote for a new HVAC system, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what he does. My situation is much more multifaceted and out of the ordinary than a standard HVAC estimate due to ongoing energy efficiency and solar offset concerns, yet Joe took the time to truly listen, understand the bigger picture, and walk through everything thoroughly with me. He went far above and beyond what I expected from a normal consultation. Rather than rushing through numbers, he carefully explained multiple system options, discussed the long-term benefits and energy efficiency impacts of each, and made sure I fully understood the differences so I could make an informed decision. He was patient, informative, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Joe was also very timely, respectful of my home and time, and made the overall experience feel stress-free instead of overwhelming. On top of that, he made sure I was aware of all current promotions, rebates, and opportunities available through the company to help maximize value and savings. It is rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care the way Joe does.   We have considered air conditioning for years, and it finally all came together! Credit for that goes to Steven, system designer at SKY Heating, A/C, Plumbing and Electrical. We think SKY’s strong equipment choices, expert installation team and good value won the day. Importantly, the install on 5/6/26 was amazing! A/C is a big upgrade for our house built with older type materials and gas furnace. It took all day for a multifaceted team of five talented SKY guys, including refrigeration techs, a do-it-all sheet metal man, and electricians to complete this complex job. We want to give special callout to techs Tanner and John, and to Dan, who apparently can do most anything related to this business, as well as to electricians Bryan and Julian. THANK YOU ALL for your tidiness, professionalism, and strong specialty skills. Thanks too, for answering our questions and helping setup our first smart thermostat! Dan also returned a week later to fine tune our new system. Again, we were impressed. So far, all has gone well with SKY, and we have no problem thinking they will be there should we need more help. Everyone at SKY from office folks to skilled and friendly techs served us well, and we are grateful. Yes, we would use them again. Seriously, these guys rock!

  Cancelled my appointment the morning of with no notice that I had to take a day off work for. When I called to inquire further, they gave no reason and told me it would be 4 months until the next available appointment. Are they going to cancel that one the morning of too? Waste of time.

  Earl, Dan and Jim installed my heat pump system in 1 day. It was a very challenging install and they did a great job. They also had to work in the rain to complete the exterior portion and that did not slow them down. I am so glad I worked with Sky Heating and Plumbing to do this work. I will call them again for any additional work in my house.

  Thank you to Kenny for helping us up front with our HVAC/PUMP System. Also, a Big Thank you to Joe, Big Jake, Tanner and Cody!! All of you guys made it so easy for my husband and I to make the right choices! All of you Great Guys took Excellent care of everything for us! Thank you All for the bottom of our Heart for all of your hard work yesterday and today!
