  We had to replace our AC/Furnace and with a lot of research, decided on SKY. With this Type of investment, we wanted a company with experience and reputation - SKY delivered. Jon worked diligently to get us the best package & price for our needs. The Install Crew (Big Jake, Earl, Gustavo & Cody) were an impressive crew who got it all up & running. We purchased an additional service for Duct Sealing done by (Little) Jake which he explained will help with efficiency also. I had to mention them all by name because everyone worked so hard! We really appreciate it!

  Matt provide exceptional customer service, explained all the HVaC components to me and was very thorough. He even offered to carry down a heavy ladder that I needed to put in my car. You don’t come across customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Matt for doing an amazing job.!

  Joe from Sky Heating was really helpful in understanding my A/C system and what it takes for the unit to be healthy. He explained what he was going to do, recommended more ways of being energy efficient, then thoroughly explained his reporting about the job he completed. I recommend Joe and the team at Sky Heating as they are professional and efficient at what they do. As summers get hotter in Oregon, having a reluable company like Sky Heating is helpful to call on.

  We have had this company service multiple water leaks as well as replace our hot water heater. All while being a "member".... Now extorted for a clogged sink drain. This was not an emergency call, and there's no water leaking but for some reason to snake the sink would be over $600, after the initial $800 quote we refused. Wow, robbery. Just another example of an enshitified business. The poor technician having to give these quotes to customers. In retrospect we were ripped off for our water heater and A/C installation. On a better note, ProDrain came out and took less than an hour for $160 to clear our clog. If you're looking to get your clogs fixed call Pro Drain. Fast, clean, friendly and AFFORDABLE.

  We planned to replace our concrete driveway, sidewalk and new patio where the existing Trane heat pump (HP) was located on June 23, 2026. This would require lifting the Trane unit in order the lay the new concrete below it. We have been longtime customers of Sky Heating for decades. I contacted them on April 13th and again on May 29th to confirm the HP would be lifted on June 22nd prior to starting the project. On June 18th, we received a call telling us it the HP couldn’t be lifted, which was extremely frustrating given we’d planned this for months. Sky Heating arrived on June 20th to inform us the HP would need to be deinstalled and reinstalled at a cost of approximately. $1,900 plus cost to replace AC solenoid. We decided to replace the unit, considering it was reaching its useful life. Given we needed the HP out of the way within two days the service technician indicated it would take an .5 hour to deinstall the HP. After talking to service manager and/or individual in charge. They quoted us $850 to complete the work and remove the HP which would be applied to the purchase of the new HP. I felt we were being held hostage to purchase a new HP from Sky Heating and voiced my frustration. In order to move our project forward we paid the $850. The quote for a new HP was significantly higher than competitive companies for a comparative HP. We’ll never do business with Sky Heating again. I’d recommend looking at the 1,2 and 3 reviews not just the average before working with this company.
