We have yet to pull the trigger on our project so this review is less about Lakeside and more about their exceptional employee Craig Hall. Craig rescued us while aimlessly walking around bewildered about where to start. Craig took the time to review all the products, different materials, price points, etc. If the showroom time wasn’t enough, Craig then helped us with schematics and provided a very detailed product list. Craig then put us into contact with some local contractors and even offered to be a resource for them during installation “if they have any questions.” We cannot say enough amazing things about Craig… do yourself a favor and request his expertise if you find yourself walking around Lakeside bewildered.

I came to comment specifically about the excellent service provided by Cruz Alvarez. He was very knowledgable about the product lines and provided me with great advice and all of the pricing details I needed. I highly recommend him as the go-to person for all of your decking needs! He knows how to provide great service to clients!
