- AVAntonio VacaSep 19, 20251.0This is the only branch of Ferguson I dread being sent to. There’s this one guy, I’m not sure of his name but he’s usually the main counter guy, older bald. I’m not sure what the man has going on in life but he does not seem like he enjoys his job or doing his job. I thought it was just me but it’s not. The guy will take his time and make you wait even when there’s not much going on. I don’t expect him to run as fast as he can to serve customers but please be more mindful. I was in there for 45 minutes . 35 minutes was spent sitting at the counter because he just was sitting at the computer. I also do not recommend showing up before 8 and do not show up when there’s several plumbers in there. He doesn’t seem to do well with multiple tasks. He likes to get an attitude if you ask him for an item and he has to look it up. Every other Ferguson has excellent customer service. Shoot I started going to consolidated more often because of this and we try to not use consolidated as often because of the price difference. I don’t want the Ferguson guy to get in trouble but come on bud, we aren’t purposely trying to make your job hard. I’m rooting for you!
