- RHRobert Hayes4 days ago1.0Jose was absolutely TERRIBLE! Completely useless! 5 years ago this company installed the water heater in my house and due to. Terrible manufactured hot water heater. The one they installed went out under warranty! Jose said the closest is narrower than the width of the water heater yet the same company installed it in 5 years ago! He refused to do the work! I can't believe they sent this guy by himself! 5 years ago it took 2 men to install it not 1 boy! Now I have to have a new installer come out! I have been without hot water 🚿 5 days now! I'm going to SUE these jerks because the hot water heater is under warranty!
- BBBrian BakerSep 26, 20265.0The service was excellent and my job was more involved than typical because I had water damage and mold to sheet rock behind the old water heater tank and so much debris sediment the 23yo tank wouldn't drain easily. I was able to have a temporary install of the new tank to allow restoration of the wall before a final location is completed. I estimated ~50% of my costs covered materials (incl. 12yr warranty tank, expansion tank, new H2O and gas lines and fittings, drain pan) and permitting and the remaining 50% worked out to an estimated $375/hr for labor and haul away of the old tank. My cost was exactly what I had guestimated it would be, and I am glad I didn't attempt a DIY after watching what the technician went through draining and removing the old tank and dealing with the mold and scum. Plus I didn't have to deal with getting the permit.
- JMJacque MyersSep 21, 20265.0Devin did an outstanding job installing a tankless gas water heater for me. He’s knowledgeable, thorough and clearly explained what the project entailed and kept me updated as he went. Working with FAST Water heaters was a positive experience.
- LGLoren GirsbergerSep 14, 20265.0Shortly after install, there was an error code. Phillip came out next morning, again, very professional, quick, but thorough. Helped me set up my wifi eco app, made sure there were no leaks, and making sure i was satisfied. Whatever the problem, he took care of it!
