I bought a large amount of material from this store, and I had approximately $600 worth of material left over that I needed to return. At no point did they inform me that if I didn’t have an account with them, I would not be able to make returns. In the end, they left me stuck with all of that material and offered no solution. This store hurts contractors and homeowners. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Excellent supplier for high-end custom and commercial builds. I’ve been here twice recently for insulation materials to meet strict multi-family code requirements, and they consistently stock the exact pro-grade products needed for the job. Setting up a contractor account was fast and painless. The office staff is incredibly friendly, and the yard crew gets your orders pulled and loaded quickly so you can get right back to the job site. Highly recommend. 100% recomendados.

"Committed to Service" their website says. Talked to the sales person about getting some product from them and was told it was in the Eugene store and would be brought up the next week. Left my name and number to be called when it was available. Had to call them the next week only to find out the product had been sold in Eugene before it could be brought north. No call, no apologies, and no business from me. Disappointing commitment to service.
