  From the moment I walked in to the installation the team here was fantastic. Specifically Kayla, who went out of her way to answer all of my questions, even when I started to feel like I was asking too many. They made sure I had enough time to make a decision that I can say I am really happy with!

  Had a great experience with Paulson Flooring. From the beginning with the sales person Keeler, the scheduling person Aubrey, to the installation technicians, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. In addition, they cared about their product and also the customer’s needs and questions in the whole installation process. Paulson Flooring customer service is fantastic and for me, this is something missing with many companies these days. Highly recommend these folks!

  Paulson's and Keeler made our carpet purchase a great experience. Keeler is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He helped with our decisions and made our home look so much better. Thanks again Keeler.

  I just want to specifically call out Kayla for excellent customer service! She was so helpful with the whole process of picking out our marmoleum and making sure our space was accurately measured so we wouldn't be left with either too much or too little flooring. We were originally going to use our own installer but when that fell through she connected us with someone named Fransisco who did such an exceptional job we have used him for other projects too! If Kayla is helping you you can rest assured you are in the best hands!!
