  I just want to specifically call out Kayla for excellent customer service! She was so helpful with the whole process of picking out our marmoleum and making sure our space was accurately measured so we wouldn't be left with either too much or too little flooring. We were originally going to use our own installer but when that fell through she connected us with someone named Fransisco who did such an exceptional job we have used him for other projects too! If Kayla is helping you you can rest assured you are in the best hands!!

  I had a great experience working with Kayla Lee. After explaining to her what I wanted, she pointed me to the right selection of vinyl flooring and within my budget. The entire process was smooth, and they finished on schedule like they promised. I liked the personalized experience and the ability to reach my contact quickly. Their installation team was also super nice and efficient. I highly recommend the Tigard store for flooring!

  Kayla is amazing to work with!!! We had some general ideas of what we wanted. Kayla listened to what we were trying to achieve and she was able to help us select the most perfect hardwoods and tiles for our living room, dining room, and front entry. She is so professional, knows her product, and made our experience an absolute delight. Products arrived on time and the installation crews did great work. Thanks Kayla, we love our new space and can’t wait to work with you on our future projects!

  For various reasons which had nothing to do with Paulson's I opted for another company for my project but I can say that the level of customer service I received as I started the process of getting quotes was outstanding! The timeliness and info and helpfulness I received trying to get flooring selected in a very short time frame was awesome. For my next house in OR, I will for sure be working with Paulson's again.
