  Amazingly bad operation. We drove an hour to get to the place to pick up one unfinished chunk of countertop. The "open sign" was still in the window, but when my wife went inside, the dude said -- too late, won't help you! And a rude comment about expecting to get service showing up just in time. We had to drive another two hours to get the wood the next day! Do not patronize this place.

  I am giving this place one star for terrible customer service. My order was in but they did not call, text, or email me. When I called a couple weeks after I made the otrder, they said it was available for pick up. So, after working an 11-hour day, I got away as fast as I could and drove nearly an hour there and got there just in time. The guy said it was too close to closing time so he would not get my order for me! He asked if I was serious that I thought that it was reasonable to arrive so late. But the store was open when I got there!! He said that the company does not like him to put in overtime, so he wouldn't let me get my single piece of wood that I had ordered. He sat at the desk until I left. I had to drive one hour each way again the next day during work hours to get my single counter top!! Terrible, terrible, terrible service.
