  We had this 20ft wide by 14.6 tall door installed,a couple months ago and it is great. Has seemed a bit hard to open and close though and finally had a cable come loose. Called the office this morning and they sent out Garrett this afternoon. He quickly got to work asking questions and diagnosing the problem, he even made time while still working to have friendly banter with us. Took about an hour maybe of adjusting and he had it working great he also made some suggestions on how to make it even better with an additional spring assembly. Thanks Garrett and great job!

  Wow!! Above and beyond service from Garrett from Valley Overhead Doors. What a delightful young gentleman who was at my home in less than 15 minutes. Garrett assessed the situation and was able to help me get my car out of the garage so I could get to work on time. Then he fixed the problem, oiled the gears and was able to have it completely fixed versus coming back the next day. This was a referral from my neighbor and I am so glad he pointed me in their direction. Great customer service and with a smile! Thankful, grateful, and blessed!

  Tony is a great guy. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Did an excellent job servicing our 30 yr old garage door. The company was also easy to deal with- prompt response, scheduling and communication.

  Tony's a rockstar, my garage door cables lost tension and got tangled up making the door useless. I wound them back up, tried to fix it myself, and quickly decided it would be worth it to pay for someone to just do it right. The repair request was on short notice, he showed up same day, hours early actually,(wonderful!) he repaired the condition, greased up all the stuff, made me some new brackets to fix the binding bearings, re-tensioned the springs, and rewound the cables, all before I even got home from work. Their staff was very kind, and excited to help. Price was definitely fair, and worth every penny. Will call again when needed! Thank you!!

  Tony did a fantastic job on adjusting our overhead shop doors! Amazing communication and timing for expected arrival time , actual arrival time, and quick efficient work. Worth every penny.
