  Sean Daly from Jahnke HVAC was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He kept me in the loop concerning my issue and took the time to teach me about the part that needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend this technician and company.

  Jahnke Heating & Air absolutely deserves a 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, my experience with Jahnke Heating & Air was exceptional. They arrived promptly, and I received a pre-arrival text with my technician’s name and photo, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made me feel comfortable knowing who to expect at my home. My technician was kind, courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated that he put booties on before coming inside. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and what needed to be done. I mentioned that I had guests arriving the following day, and they went above and beyond to make sure the timing worked. As soon as the part arrived, my technician returned with another tech, and they had everything repaired before my guests arrived the next day! That kind of responsiveness and effort made a huge difference. But what impressed me most was their commitment to taking care of their customer. Even though I was technically past the warranty period, Jahnke Heating & Air covered the cost of the part under warranty anyway. That level of integrity, generosity, and customer care is truly hard to find. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the prompt communication and professionalism to the extra effort and willingness to stand behind their work, Jahnke Heating & Air continue to exceed my expectations.   I originally had another company install and maintain my system, has been poorly operating. switched to Jahnke first call fixed our system and got it running great, Technician Jeff Lents came out very kind and very technically proficient in his job, immediately felt a difference in the house. provided professional opinions to guide the system to even better operating standards. I fully recommend this company, and if you get Jeff L. You are in perfect hands. Once again thank you so much for your excellent service and demeanor.

  As usual, the AC went out on Friday at 5:00 pm in a rectal property. My concern was keeping the house cool for the tenant during the hot summer months. The AC tech responded right away and went to the property. There was a second visit because the first visit didn’t fix the problem. The tech was attentive and the problem was fixed on the second try. The follow-thru will happen when an upgraded part for the system will be replacing the standard one. This will be done at the same price. Three site visits for the cost of one. I’m very happy with this company. I’ve used them multiple times and been very satisfied with the results.

  My HVAC system stopped working and I called Jahnke Heating and Air for assistance Sean, the service technician, was assigned as my contact, and notified me of when he would be at my home. Sean checked my system and determined that both the circuit board and motor had been damaged, possibly as a result of one of the power companies multiple power shut off/on’s during wild fires in our area. He was quick in getting an estimate of repair cost, and was very friendly, informative and helpful. While Sean was there, Sales Rep. Bobby arrived (I had previously asked him to come so I could make an informed decision on which direction to go moving forward. After talking to Bobby, and learning what a repair only would cost, I decided to move forward with purchasing a new HVAC system. Bobby was also very helpful in helping me choose the right system, and went above and beyond in getting me a small portable air conditioner to use in the house while waiting for the new system to arrive and be installed. Both Sean & Bobby are great reasons to use Jahnke as their next call for repair or looking for a new system. This is what great customer service looks like. Then came installation day,. Christian and his coworker (don’t remember his name) arrived on time and began work. I was surprised to see just how much work was involved, unpackaging, getting the furnace unit up into my attic, assembling the system, and installing the fan/condenser in the backyard, not to mention the hot day they had while doing the installation. These two guys worked their butts off. By the end of the day (yes, it took a good 8 hours start to finish), and with all the heat and sweat, these guys remained friendly, helpful, and dedicated to getting my new full system up and running. My house is cool again and I’m very happy with everything and everyone involved. Seriously, I don’t usually write reviews, but Jahnke Heating and Air is deserving of this review.
