  Huge thank you to Devin W. and the team at Jahnke Heating & Air for making our mini split installation such a great experience. We live in a very old stucco house that definitely isn’t the easiest to work on, but Devin handled everything so professionally and made the whole process look easy. The installation was done incredibly fast, everything looks clean and well done, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and respectful. It’s hard to find companies that are both efficient and personable, and they absolutely delivered on both. We’re so happy with our new system and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air work in the Medford area!

  I had 3 quotes originally lined up but after the customer service from the office staff and the sales rep (Bobby) I was already leaning towards them. Janke HVAC was the earliest and 1st to come inspect and give a quote. Bobby arrived and was very professional and made it quick and easy and I had my detailed proposal before he left. After he left, I received a call to get scheduled for the install 3 days later. Kyle and Luke arrived on time with great attitudes and met me with a handshake. They explained to me what the process was going to be and got right to work. They were patient with my questions and told me about any changes as they went. They picked up and cleaned everything before leaving. The work is very clean and put together. My original system was to small for my home and now the new gas furnace and A/c or blowing stronger, colder or hotter and I’m extremely relieved. Thanks Janke crew! Great work

  Jahnke was prompt, the technical contacted me ahead of time to say he was on his way. The technical was dressed professionally, with the company logo and provided identification. He worked smart to complete the work in timely manner. He cleaned up the job sight. And communicated clearly during the evaluation and performing the job. Gladly answering all questions. I'm sure I am missing something. Jahnke gets high marks across the board. I will use them again anytime I need help with my HVAC system. I have an HVAC guy! Everyone needs a guy when things go wrong!

  Finding good reliable service, of any kind, especially in Ashland is as rare as spotting an indigo bunting in your backyard. However one company stands out above all others. Jahnke heating and air conditioning service. We've utilized this companies expertise several times over the last 3 years and every time we've been exceptionally happy with their prompt service, professional staff, and reasonable pricing. Recently we hired Jahnke to come out and perform a diagnostic on our AC system. They inspected all the components, cleaned the exterior unit, and more importantly Sean gave my wife a detailed overview of how to manage our thermostat. To me "trust" is more important than price or expertise. Without trust you always feel you are in a position to be exploited. Thats why I would always recommend Jahnke for anyone that needs their AC/heating equipment checked. ***** stars.

  Sean called ahead to let us know he was arriving soon. They super friendly and explained everything very well to help us fully understand our issue. They fixed it and had our AC up and running in under an hour. They were also great with our pets. Thank you guys for great service.
