  Nathan was very rude to my mother ( put her in tears) and did not do the proper diagnostic tests to diagnose the issue. We had to call another company this am who diagnosed the issue within 20 min. When I called to complain to the company they told me that it had been a long day for Nathan and we had told him we were out of water and that it was in emergency which WE DID NOT. My mother specifically told them that it would be OK for them to come out the next day as we have a holding tank. Customer service is IMPORTANT no matter how tired you are.

  I have a well pump that supplies water to my house installed by Green Valley. After a nasty power outage it faulted and I lost all water pressure and supply to my residence. I called their 24 hr help line and they were very kind and supportive. They were able to give me troubleshooting suggestions over the phone real time, and I was able to restart my system myself, regaining pressure and flow. Extremely thankful for their knowledge and kindness!

  Top notch company; very professional and prompt. We had a pump issue at our 9 room bed and breakfast (on a holiday, of course) and the team was out here within the hour. They got us up and running in no time with very little inconvenience to our guests.

  I was blessed with having Leigh at Green Valley Pump help with testing of the well water for my new home purchase. Leigh was prompt, professional and very accommodating with closing deadlines & renters schedule. In addition they followed up with water analysis 60 days after my purchase and move-in, to ensure that my well water met with quality water to consume. Thank-you for your time and working with the previous renters scheduling issues and providing quality service I have come to appreciate. Bernay Hiett

  Did not have a good experience with this company, phone was answered most unprofessionally, the service appointment was over a week later and the call back did not occur and the repairman wasn't interested in coming out to do the work, I called another company and had next day service, wish I had called the other company in the beginning. I do not recommend this company.
