I had a roommate move out and needed the carpet cleaned. When they arrived to clean the carpet. My wife ask the lady if she was able to clean it and get the stains out. The lady said she was able to clean it and make it look brand new. The lady was only there for about 13 minutes according to living room camera. Once done she grabbed her things and left. She had told my wife that she wasn’t able to get the job done and she had needed somewhere else to be as like she was in a rush. My wife called me and sent me pictures. I called my leasing office and informed them that I will not pay for this. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. It looks like it was Vacuumed and it’s barely even wet. I also called this company and still waiting for a response back.

Very un happy, I hired them to repair the floors in my kitchen, dining room, hall way and main bathroom. They were prompt with the initial repairs and install. They how ever we’re not gentle. When removing the mob boards the scrapped along the walls with their putty knives causing me having to repaint after words, they did not reinstall all mob boards (had to have them come back out to finish) and the half of them they did reinstall where done very poorly. Now the worst part around 8 months or so later the center of my dining floor has begun to droop. I have contacted them several times to warranty their work after a number of text messages and calls they finally agreed to come out and look at it. Then agreeing to come fix the issue but never actually coming. Now the rep will not even return my calls or respond to my text messages. Definitely do not recommend their services!

Working construction I have seen these guys for many years dealing with all of our apartments and homes that are turned and brand new installations. They are fast efficient and professional always really good . I see them treat everyone right. 12 years in the business I couldn't recommend a better place. - Mike MDi
