- JTJustin TurnerJul 28, 20235.0donavin and richard were timely and responded professionally to all our questions. the installation was pretty quick and at this time of year with all this hot 80+ weather the repair was very welcomed. also want to give kudos to jen and dezerre in service department there were some parts aquzition issues which delayed the job a few false starts and girls always called right away and kept us abreast of the issue. great job to all at marshalls heat and air
- TMTom MossbergMay 3, 20193.0Well, here's the problem. They may provide quality service, but they do so at astronomical prices. Two hundred dollars for a $10 part and 5 minute replacement time. Didn't have to diagnose or anything. Just had to replace the little part which was known to be defective.
- MDMolly DixonFeb 4, 20195.0Marshall’s is always so thorough. They are friendly, professional & they do a great job. This service call was for our annual maintenance and they were here longer than we expected. They went over everything & explained a lot. We highly recommended this company. They are definitely top notch!
