  Excellent Contractor. Mike listens to what your vision is and then is practical about telling you how it would work and giving alternatives that might work better to achieve the results you want. The people that he brings in for various parts of the job were very hardworking and delightful to have in our home.

  It took 1-2 weeks till I received a bid when I was told in person and over the phone I’d receive within 48 hours. Left out a large portion of the job that I asked to be included in the bid. When I reached out on October 7th with my concerns I have yet to have any response. Estimator spent maybe a total of 20 minutes in the home very briefly measured and was out. Contract allows for 15% contingencies but is EXTREMELY vague as the wording following states “We will try to document all changes via change order, but there may be some changes/overages that are more efficiently dealt with on site to keep the project on schedule.” Overall, overpriced, bad communication, and a very vague bid.

  From the very beginning of my project all the way through to the finish, my experience with Foshat Construction was absolutely outstanding. Ryan, who led the crew, along with his brother Odin and their coworker Isaac, were respectful, kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly cared about doing the job right. They built me a safe, sturdy ramp that allows me to get in and out of my home safely using my electric wheelchair. That means so much to me and has made a real difference in my everyday life. I also want to give a big thank you to the owner, Mike O’Neil, for coming out at the beginning of the project, listening to what I needed, and making sure the job was done right. I asked Mike to build me a ramp that was not only safe and functional, but also looked nice—and he delivered exactly what I hoped for. I couldn't be happier with the finished product or with the people who made it happen. Thank you, Mike, Ryan, Adon, and Isaac, for your hard work, kindness, and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you did for me. I highly recommend Foshat Construction to anyone looking to build, remodel, or make upgrades to their home. They treated me with respect, listened to my needs, and delivered quality work. Thank you, guys, for everything! You did an amazing job! 🙏👏 If I need anything else done I'm definitely calling these guys and highly recommend them for any job big or small.

  I would strongly recommend Foshay Contracting. Mike O'Neal is incredible. As industry partners we often share referrals with each other and everyone I send to Mike is left feeling taken care of. Mike is caring, competent, and timely. I appreciate knowing when I send clients his way he will follow up right away and take care of their home as if it were his own. I also appreciate that we can operate as partners and not competition. Foshay cares about their clients and the community. I would never hesitate to send someone their way.

  I truly can’t say enough good things about Foshay Contracting. Mike and Amy are awesome to work with, as is the entire team. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job the right way instead of cutting corners. They are dependable, communicative, and always show up when they say they will. The quality of their work far exceeds expectations, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly.
