Emerald Valley Weatherization replaced a basement exterior door for us. Because we live in an old funky house with a settling foundation, there were a few structural challenges. They rebuilt the door frame and the swing of the door. Our top priority was energy efficiency and sealing leaks. We later had the installation inspected by EWEB, who checked it with an infrared camera. EWEB declared the overall quality of the installation as "unusually good." We are very happy!

I had a small window repair job and nobody else would even reply to my emails. Quick response for a quote and even quicker installation. I’ll deff be returning for my other jobs.

Emerald Valley installed a window and door for us, as well as replaced another window. They were great to work with every step of the way and their work is excellent! From the initial bid to the folks at the front desk to the workers who did the installation, everyone was professional and wonderful to work with. We found the pricing very reasonable for the work done as well. Thank you so much! I would recommend Emerald Valley Weatherization to anyone.

Very professional and thorough - from the initial bid to completion of the work. Had two other bids along with obtaining one from Emerald Valley - one of the others never returned an estimate at all, and the other was simply a number on a piece of paper. Estimate from Emerald Valley was detailed and precise, and the work completed followed this estimate exactly. The workers were on-time, professional, friendly, and conscientious. The work was done in an extremely professional and timely manner, and the area was cleaned meticulously when completed. We would absolutely use Emerald Valley again, and will recommend them to friends.

Kristen and her crew have consistently provided timely, cost effective service. Recently had a low refrigerant warning on our Daiken split unit. Richard was at our home within 2 hours (on a day forcast to snow!) He resolved the issue quickly and restored our heat! Highly recommend this company.
