  Extremely friendly and professional staff, from the front door to the installation contractors! Highly recommend this business over others! Big thanks to Danny for stepping up and getting our carpet install completed quickly and efficiently, and Nigel for his excellent measurements and calculations. More thanks to Junior (the installation contractor), who's creativity solved a couple of "tricky issues" and provided us with a beautiful carpet installation. Overall an outstanding experience!

  I appreciated the 'no-pressure' attitude of the employees (Danny, Kendra and Nigel.) They were very patient as I explored the many carpet options they have. The installation went without any problems. It was professionally done by a very experienced and considerate installer (Fernando.) I was very pleased with the help received, the quality of the product, a competitive price, and the look and feel of the carpet.

  I have worked with Di's Floor Centre twice now and have been so pleased with them! They are everything you would expect from a small local business. They appreciate your business and it shows. Danny is amazing to work with! He's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want and need. He answered all of my questions easily. I was in a difficult situation and truly appreciated the kindness and empathy that I was shown. I absolutely LOVE the flooring that he helped me choose! It looks even better than I expected and the installation happened in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

  Excellent experience from start to finish! The quality of the flooring from Di’s Floor Center is outstanding, far better than what you find in big stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s etc. And better than other flooring stores bc the team was friendly, professional, and worked quickly without compromising quality. They truly listen to your needs and treat you like family, which made a big difference. I choose Luxury Vinyl Planks, The flooring is durable and scratch-resistant, and Im in love with the color and real wood looking And the carpet is perfect for high-traffic areas . The countertops and cabinets make my kitchen looks bigger and fashionable Highly recommend!
