They were knowledgeable and let me know what options I had. They didn’t try to upsell me which was a welcome relief! They completed the work today and did an excellent job! I worked with Chris and Joel and would recommend them for your electrical work.

They originally did a 11k job in my crawl space, come to find out the work was not done properly, some other guy came out and "fixed" the lining to the crawl space walls. Then, a year later another guy comes out and tries to sell me a 16K job as an "upgrade" to my original 11k. I do not recommend this company at all.

They really want to make sure that they do an excellent job and that you are 100% satisfied. Excellent work ethic! They contact you to confirm Scheduling, and Arrival time. And are very quick to respond to any communication or questions that you have. I think they will definitely back up their word and their work far beyond the day of Installation. Couldn’t ask for a nicer bunch of guys on the crew, Francisco is a great lead person! I could tell they enjoy what they do by listening to the Friendly chatter, laughter, and even singing coming up from under my house while they worked😄. Highly recommend John’s waterproofing, Especially this crew and the sales rep, Jason Werbelow Who took such good care of me, my house, and yard! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
