- AFAndrew Fuhrman4 days ago1.0This company came out to my parents home for an inspection and quote. They were pushy and talked like cheesy salesman. My parents are elderly and it appeared they were trying to take advantage of this They provided a quote with a small discount and told my parents they had 2 days to let them know so they can start work. If they don’t let them know by Tuesday, the discounts are lost I’m suggesting my parents use someone else. I have a construction background and will use my contacts to get a reputable non rushed experience
- AMAdebowale Muibi6 days ago5.0The team is amazing, Avery and his crew were exceptional. They were very detailed and highly professional, worked tirelessly to make sure that the project was done properly, and they were always available to answer any questions. Their pricing was also the best available out there. I would 100% recommend.
- TMTED MOOREOct 8, 20265.0We were very impressed with Levi, the technician who came to our house to service the clean space, sump, and dehumidifier. He did a thorough inspection outside and in the crawl space. He pointed out possible problems and expained each situation very carefully. Levi is very professional and pleasant to have at our house doing the work. He is a wonderful representative of the company.
- SDS DHSep 29, 20265.0From start to finish, everything from the jackhammering of our foundation for a French drain to the installation of the mega-dehumidifier, everyone was prompt, courteous and explained each detail and the pros and cons. Have to shout out to Vic and Ron. Great team members!
- JYJasmine YamamotoSep 11, 20265.0I cannot recommend Hitch with John’s Waterproofing enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely one of the kindest people to work with. He takes the time to explain what he’s seeing, what actually needs to be addressed, and why, without ever making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stands out about Hitch is how much he goes above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they understand what’s going on with their home, rather than simply trying to sell a service. As a Realtor, having contractors I can trust to be honest, communicative, and take great care of my clients is incredibly important to me, and Hitch is absolutely someone I feel confident referring. If you need help with a crawlspace, water intrusion, or waterproofing concerns, Hitch is your guy. Truly a wonderful person and an incredible resource!
