  Norm has helped with trash pickup on my property for over 5 years and has always been absolutely amazing and is a very kind person and today Norm and Brian went out of there way to help me with a situation with my compactor in which the back had been opened and I could not shut the door for pick up amazing act of kindness will forever be grateful it honestly amazed me to go to leave this review and see such low numbers but for me Pacific Sanitation has always been more then five stars great company and great team thank you for all you do.   I wish I had another option, but Pacific Sanitation has a monopoly in my area, so customers are left with little to no choice. Customer service and communication have been consistently disappointing. They'll ask for all the details about an issue, promise to look into it, and then never follow up. The only way to get anything done is to keep calling them over and over. Looking at the reviews, I'm clearly not the only one having this experience. The large number of one- and two-star reviews shows a pattern of poor customer service rather than isolated incidents. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect communication and accountability. Customers deserve timely responses and follow-through, especially when there are no alternative providers.

  Excellent service from this outfit. They delivered my drop box right on time and made the whole process of getting it easy. It saves me a ton of trips with my pickup. But Pacific worked hard to get the job done without any hassle. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that still goes the extra mile for its customers... not many sanitation companies do these days! Friendly staff, great drivers, no extra b.s… Highly recommend!

  Called twice to get garbage set up since this company is my only option while renting. Extremely rude customer service ladies over the phone that act like you’re a bother with a condescending tone. Thought the first call was a hiccup but nope. After reading some of these reviews I am not surprised at all lol
