  I feel bad doing leaving a bad review like this but I feel like it’s justified. We called this company to come help with a hot water issue. The guy that showed up was very nice and knowledgeable but he wanted to look at pretty much everything except the water heater. He went under the house and looked at all our piping and eventually came to me with a bid to replace literally everything having to do with water in our house. I was very confused to say the least.. our house is old with old pipes but they work. Maybe he was just trying to help us out in the long run? But in all, we called him for hot water. When I brought up the hot water issue at the end he said it would be just under $400 to look for the issue. (I don’t remember the exact amount) and I was even more confused because you’re willing to go under my house, check out all the piping plus our water softener and everything and give us multiple bids free of charge but to look at the water heater is where we draw the line? I absolutely did not expect anything to be free but $400 to look into a $500 water heater wasn’t going to happen. Luckily my husband had time to check it out. It took him about 2 minutes to pull the wire cover off where we discovered it was burned badly. Which is a big safety hazard. I understand they are the professionals and are obviously allowed to run their business how they want but I will not be calling them again.

  We hired evergreen to come in and clean our vents as we just moved into a place where no matter what we did, an awful smell wouldn’t go away! They came back to us after cleaning the vents and checked the crawl space for us to make sure everything was A ok and recommended we replace the crossover as that may be where the smell is coming from. They came next day and replaced it very quickly. And the smell is finally gone!! I highly recommend using them for any needs, their customer service is 10/10. We are very thankful for them willing to come back a second time! I finally can walk through my house and not worry about any smells. Thank you guys so much!

  First off I want to say that every single staff I had any type of interaction with was kind, thoughtful, resourceful, and transparent. Eric was our service tech and was very thorough. He identified the source of our leak quickly, after it had been misdiagnosed by a previous company. I appreciated his great communication and full transparency on cost, details of the job and even offering multiple cost effective solutions to complete the job. They were also able to get me in quickly, knowing I am on a short time line. I had multiple companies out to compare and Evergreen was hand down the BEST option on all fronts. I am extremely satisfied thus far. Work is scheduled for 2 days out. I will be back with updates!

  We received exceptional service from Evergreen Plumbing Heating & Air! Our pilot light would not stay lit, despite our efforts to clean the thermocouple & get things going ourselves. When calling around to have someone come take a look, Evergreen was the only one able to offer us same day service, since under their policy, they consider being without hot water an urgent matter. Eric Davis arrived in the afternoon (even working around my schedule some when they called to tell me he'd be there in 15min, but I needed about 30min to get home from picking my kids up from a camp). Eric was wonderful & kind to my energetic children who love meeting new people, lol. He was patient answering all of my questions & extremely thorough in his inspection of the house. He took a look at all of our plumbing & under the house, in addition to the water heater, but did so in a way thay didn't make me feel pressured into getting any other work done. Just a thorough inspection of everything before getting down to business. This whole process took quite awhile, & when it came down to deciding how to proceed, we were given multiple options & were not rushed into making a decision. Given the age of our water heater, my husband & I ultimately decided to go with a replacement. Evergreen may not have been the cheapest option, but it was very fair pricing & not the most expensive either. Eric helped us feel secure in our decision that we were buying peace of mind. The warranty & year-long care membership, as well as the exceptional customer service recieved made it well worth it for us. Once we decided to proceed with a replacement, we were initially told the earliest they could get it done was 2 days later. Not even 10min later though, Eric recieved a call & another local employee, Thomas McGifford, was able to head our way with the new water heater & install it that same day! Thomas was also very thorough & kept me informed throughout the install. He also endured my energetic boys & all their questions, lol. If you're looking for a company who puts the customer first & quite literally makes you feel like you're the only customer they have, Evergreen plumbing is the way to go! We will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs!

  I made an appointment with this company to come and fix a mini split heat pump a Mr. Cool DIY. The appointment was for Thursday. The first issue I encountered with this company is they gave a nine hour time window in which they would arrive to perform the service sometime between 8 AM and 5 PM. OK sure so I stayed home from work that day and waited for them to arrive. That morning after the time window had already Begun and I had already stayed home from work to meet the contractor. I got a call from them saying that they would not service my heat pump because it was self installed. all of the units from this brand are still installed. They are sold to be specifically self installed. The company could’ve stated that was an issue when I called to make an appointment but waited until I had already stayed home from work and they had already scheduled a time to come
