  If you have an old (99 years) home like I do, Evergreen Plumbing is an excellent choice. They specialize in upgrading old plumbing that has been serviced over the course of many years and left with a mishmash of piping. They were very responsive, quickly prepared a comprehensive estimate, and scheduled the job. They arrived with a large crew in several trucks, and in one day they efficiently replaced the water line to the house, the piping, a sump pump, a sewage ejection pump, a water heater, and two outdoor spigots. I was impressed by how organized they were, and how they worked collaboratively to handle all the details. They seemed to enjoy working together and all spoke highly of their company. You can see that they know they are doing good work. Financing was easy, and I got a good plan that works for me.

  We can’t say enough good things about Evergreen Plumbing. On Monday morning, we discovered the water heater in our community center’s bathroom was leaking, right as we were kicking off a week-long grade school summer camp, with meals to cook and swimsuits and towels to wash. We needed hot water fast. We called Evergreen Plumbing as soon as they opened, and within an hour, Vinnie, a journeyman plumber, was on-site. He shut off the water, cleaned up the standing water, diagnosed the problem, and looped in the office. Brandon called shortly after to let us know the water heater needed a full replacement, and then shared some incredible news: Marv and Suzie wanted to donate not only the water heater, but also the labor, because of what Salem Dream Center does for the community. They went even further and upgraded the water heater, doubling its capacity! Brandon promised someone would be out first thing the next morning, and they kept that promise. Bonney and James arrived early and had us back up and running within hours. We are so grateful. Evergreen Plumbing isn’t just skilled and fast, they’re a company with real heart, one that truly gives back to the community it serves. Thank you, Marv and Suzie, Brandon, Vinnie, and James!   Eric was fantastic. He at first offered to walk us through what we could do to turn the water off on the hot water heater, which was leaking all over my garage floor to save an emergency call charge and have someone come out during the day to look at it, but I really wanted someone to come out because we couldn’t get the water off. Eric showed up 30 minutes later. He was very thorough in checking everything crawling under my house, showing me pictures of my existing copper pipes and how they were corroded he showed me pictures of a broken Pipe. He put together four different options for the services for the re-piping that they could do for me. I made the decision as to which option would be best for me, Rich came out the next day to scope of work to be done, making sure they knew what they were up against when they arrived to do the job. The day of the hot water heater install, and the re-piping a crew of six technicians showed up right on time. As soon as they arrived they all went their different directions to take care of what they were supposed to work on that day. The crew that worked on my house were Peter, Mason, Dan,Jaymeson, Kolbe and Ryder. They were all very respectful of my house and me, they immediately covered all of the floors with drop cloths to protect them. All of the crew were great workers and interacted well with each other in discussing the project. I was very happy that they changed out my outdoor faucets that had leaked for years and they also offered to install two new outside faucets at no additional cost, which was huge for me. At the end of the day, I was 100% satisfied with the work everyone had done and the technicians that were there. I’m so glad I found this business, and will be using them for all of my plumbing issues going forward.

  Super great. I knew I was in for a big bill in the first place, so I wasn't surprised about the numbers, but pleasantly surprised my technicians trying to help me save where I could with discounts and deals. Super appreciate that as a mom and fellow human. Getting started fast and so very friendly patient and kind. Recommend. Also am able to finance, as with any loan interest can be.. predictively high, but at least there's the option for people like me that don't have the savings to drop like that. My home is galvanized and pipes all need to be redone. No small task. Thank you Evergreen! Updated. All the stuff mentioned above plus the wrap up was clean fast and friendly. Expecting the contractor Monday to see about the bathroom add on in my basement and expect Evergreen to be the plumbers that help wrap that up as well. Lucky to have bought my house right next to my childhood home and as such the layouts are basically the same... I am so so excited to be able to personalize my home and to have these good people make it a reality is what dreams coming true feel like. God bless y'all!

Their prompt communication and willingness to help during a stressful situation immediately set them apart. We gathered several estimates before making a decision. Evergreen wasn't the lowest-priced bid, but they offered the best overall value. Their expertise, responsiveness, flexibility, and strong warranty made us feel confident we were making the right investment. Throughout the project, everyone we worked with was professional, hardworking, kind, and easy to communicate with. There were a lot of moving pieces, and they were consistently flexible, thoughtful, and solution-oriented as plans evolved. They took the time to answer questions, kept us informed, and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. It was clear that they cared about doing the job well and took pride in their work. We always felt they were looking for practical, long-term solutions rather than simply checking boxes. We're thrilled with the finished result. Having reliable water throughout our property has already made day-to-day life so much easier, and we're grateful for all the hard work that went into making it happen. Even with temperatures in the 90s and summer thunderstorms, the project stayed on schedule.
