Jacob came out to do a check up on the plumbing system. He was awesome and worked efficiently. Gave me the information I needed, explained what he was looking at, drained the water heater. I also had a whole new furnace installed as mine was older than it should be. Hayden and Alex made a great team. Showed up promptly, gave me a rundown of what they were going to do, and got to work right away. They made it all look really neat and clean when they ran a drain hose and altered the venting. I have yet to have a bad experience with Evergreen. I would definitely request any of these guys for any work I needed done on my house. They were amazing and professional. Very happy with the services these guys all provided.

Scheduled for an annual maintenance for my furnace. Kevin Halsey was on time, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He took the time to check all aspects of my heating system and gave great recommendations to maintain the health and function of my older furnace unit. He installed a new filter for me, recommended a different type that would suit my system’s needs better, and helped me understand what his recommendations was based on. Thoroughly pleased with his work today. I’ll request him for future calls.

Koa and Mason were here yesterday and did an amazing job. They were accommodating and added fixing a leak, putting in a new toilet and replacing a shower drain! They had all of the tools and equipment needed to do all the jobs. They worked hard all day without complaint and were pleasant to interact with. We are thankful to have plumbers we can trust and who do excellent work! Thank you Evergreen. Thank you Koa and Mason and Camille for organizing it all.

Corey the technician was absolutely wonderful! This is our second time using Evergreen! The first time was for a whole pipe replacement and even that experience was great! The girls in the office are friendly and professional and we have not come into contact with one bad person. Highly recommend!

We've (unfortunately) needed a plumber several times over the last few years and have used Evergreen at least three of those times. They are always professional and direct and do good work. Pricing seems high, but the service technicians often can work a little magic to make it sting less, at least in my experience. Past visits were 3 or 4 stars, because those techs were very heavy handed with their approach to recommending a huge project that our home will eventually need, and simply stressed us out. Our most recent visit with Vinnie G. gets 5 stars, though, because his professional, honest, and friendly demeanor and willingness to encourage me to fix it myself (I didn't anyway) built an immediate trust that I can really appreciate when someone is in my home looking to help.
