  The prices were too on the higher side, they try to upsell you and give quotes for stuff that you didn’t even ask for and they forget to give quotes that you actually called them for to get it repaired. They try to get as much money as possible from you. The service man we got tried so hard to me on the spot to choose the highest quoted option, do not fall for it. When he showed me the quotes, he showed only how much it cost to pay per month rather the whole repair cost, which is super sketchy and manipulating. I had to ask him couple times to get to know what’s the full price instead of the installment price. But the service was quick and easy, they clean up well after the repair. I was on a time crunch and had to choose them and pay the premium price, or else I would look for a different company.

  Donovan was courteous and friendly when he arrived. He asked questions about my heat pump issue. He began diagnosing the problem, and quickly discovered that the capacitor was completely dead. He had a new one in his truck, and within minutes had the unit up and running. Total time, 30 minutes. I was pleased. I also purchased the year service plan.

  Shawn came out for our quote to have Central Air and Heat. His demeanor was absolutely professional and answered all of our questions. His confidence in the company, information, and their reputation were big factors in our decision. We are excited and would refer Apollo anytime.

  Ryan was courteous and professional. He called before traveling to the house and made sure I was ready for his arrival. His work was thorough and he explained any issues that he found in a very clear conversation. The original service appointment I made seemed to not have been logged in the system and for him to arrive within the hour of discovering this was very appreciated. And with all work he did I am very glad I have the service contract so all labor was covered at no cost.
