  Matt was more of a salesman than a plumbing technician or plumber. He didnt even check to see that the problem was with my exterior water line as i thought. He did want to see water heater and bathrooms. Or what else in the house he could sell me. I did not at all appreciate Matt's attitude or skill to solve my plumbing problem. At one point i asked him to stop trying to upsell. He then showed me an Apollo bid that was 40% higher than the next highest bid from other two unless I signed up for their service agreement which i didnt need and didn't save a lot on the job. I didnt even ask for a copy of the proposal before telling him I was done.

  Victoria and Brian were extremely helpful and courteous while they cleared a severely blocked rain drain. They were conscientious of our budget and were very up front on their pricing. We set a limit of $1000 which they stopped the work at that point, then asked if we were willing to continue in order to clear the drain and provided upfront, transparent pricing. They made sure the job was properly done and discussed options to mitigate blockages in the future. Although I don't hope to have issues down the line, I know who to call when I do.

  Jerrod M. completed the yearly furnace maintenance this morning. I am a member of the Cosmic Comet Club through Apollo. Excellent customer service! He texted his arrival time. He was efficient and answered all of my questions. He suggested duct cleaning and showed me the pictures. Jerrod ensured the area was clean after he finished. Apollo replaced my hot water heater, sump pump, garbage disposal and an outside faucet recently. I am very satisfied with their service.

  Gabe was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job clearing our clogged drain. He was clean, respectful of our home, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s always nice to have someone show up who genuinely cares about doing a great job.   Rob from Apollo Plumbing came out to our commercial building today to assist with several plumbing concerns, including an issue with yellow/discolored water. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. Rob was very thorough in assessing the issues and took the time to explain what he found, including several components that needed to be replaced and why those repairs were necessary. He walked us through everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we were fully informed before moving forward. We really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer our questions. He was personable throughout the entire visit and clearly takes pride in his work and in providing great customer service. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Rob and would absolutely recommend him and Apollo Plumbing. Thank you, Rob, for being so thorough, helpful, and pleasant to work with!
