Kean Dillon installed a replacement back door at our home today. We have a 116 year old Craftsman Home. The replacement door was perfectly rectangular, the door frame was not! Kean had the skills, and took the time to make adjustments to the door frame until it was a perfect fit for us! Thank you!

I found working with ACE Handyman services from Salem a great experience. They seem to know exactly how to fix the problems that I had and I can’t wait for them to finish doing other jobs that I have on my list.

We were so happy with the work that Ace Handyman Services did on our deck. They went above and beyond what we expected and it was clear that Brandon took pride in his work and very communicative, punctual, and polite. After recently going through a terrible experience with a different contractor doing a chimney repair for us, it was especially refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values honesty and integrity. We will certainly be recommending Ace to any family and friends for any home projects. Thank you again.

They showed up same day and Kean my tech was on time and did everything I asked. He was 5*. My issue was with the pricing. They said I had to pay for a minimum of one hour. When Kean showed me the bill, one hour was $100, then a $60 service fee and something else for $34 for $195. None of this was mentioned when I callled. But I need the work done. Had I thought of it I probably could have looked at YouTube to disconnect my grill…

Brandon does great work. He is focused, knowledgeable, and thorough. Before returning to finish the work, Brandon cleaned the work space, and again when he was finished. I didnt see any debris or scrap anywhere. Many builders will simply leave things scattered around the property, not Brandon. He was kind and willing to discuss what kind of repairs are necessary as opposed to over expenditures. He kept the cost down without sacrificing quality. Brandon didnt want to cut corners by finishing without the proper parts to complete so he made sure to order the right part which wasnt readily available at hardware stores and will be back with no additional charge to complete the last small part of the project when that part arrives. Will definitely request Brandon for future projects. Thank you.
