- SPSylas PhallonApr 23, 20262.0Rented a lift that they sent out with a dead battery and didn’t tell us. First problem with them is we got an electric scissor lift and within an hour or two of run time it died even though it should have 8 hours run time. A worker came out to inspect the issue. He said that he remembered hearing that it didn’t get charged and needed to be before we rented it and that it was likely the new hires fault. So we could only run it for a little bit before we had to plug it back in. This significantly slowed down our work and cost us significant time. The scissor lift we got from them had leveling feet to work on a slight grade. The lifts sensors wouldn’t let it work on 5° even though that’s what it’s advertised as being able to do. I know they don’t control the sensors acting up but the battery issue could have been completely avoided. I feel they should have given us a discount for costing us time while we are out on a work trip where time is costly.
