  Rick with Roth was fantastic. Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and Rick was knowledgeable, courteous, and able to get our AC back up and running quickly. He knew exactly what needed to be done, walked me through the issue and repair, and answered all of my questions along the way. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or pushy sales pitch—just straightforward, helpful advice. With our AC unit being 17 years old, Rick also took the time to walk me through some future replacement and upgrade options so we have a better idea of what to consider when the time comes. Great experience from start to finish. We really appreciate Rick’s help and highly recommend Roth!

  We had construction dust all through our house. The filter was packed with it. I assumed the ducts would have it too. Ethan and Landen checked my ducts. They found no accumulation of the dust. I know there are companys out there who would just clean them and charge me. But I was very please that Ethan and Landen were honest. It's just who they are. How refreshing is that! Anyway, for ANYTHING related to my air system, I will go to Roth. Thank you Ethan. Thank you Landen.

  Dale is extremely friendly and professional. I feel that he is a top notch technician. Our issue has been that our 14 month old AC system has been serviced 4 times in this period. We had thermostat issues , return air issues , and finally , a failed coil. Dale has done an awesome job with the repairs , so I give him 5 stars. The unit, however, remains to be seen. I am hoping this is the last repair we have to make for a VERY long time. Again, great service , but I am unsure about the product we purchased. Everything is covered under warranty, but what good is it when your AC is failing during the hottest parts of the summer ? I should add here, that since the coil part took over a week to come in, Roth kindly provided us with portable AC units for our home.

  Just can’t say enough good things about Roth they have given us above and beyond service when we needed it we’ve meet a lot of the guys that work for Roth and everyone of them seems like our family member they are all so very nice and make sure we are always complete satisfied and answered all our question Rick came out today just for a checkup on our new air conditioner and furnace my husband was here and when I got home Rick was just leaving and he took the time to go back over everything he did so I also knew I thought that was awesome and so nice of him to do

  Had a dual fuel heat pump installed to replace an aging system. The estimator Dawson provided solid information and we were able to communicate routinely to get the equipment dialed in to my requirements. All my questions were answered quickly! The install team, with Daniel, William and Tom, plus a couple others, did a great job, overcoming a couple challenges and getting a good result. Communications were frequent and kept me up to date as the worker progress over a day and a half. The work area was kept clean and orderly, and at the end of the job, there was no debris left behind. To close out then job Daniel walked me through the equipment and showed me where to get more info if needed. Top notch experience beginning to end - would highly recommend the team.
