  Ryan Van came to our home to discuss whole home generator options. He was punctual, professional and thorough in his explanation of our options. We’ll likely proceed with one of the options. We have used Roth Home for several services - HVAC, water heater service, electrical system evaluation, crawl space inspection and garage door service.   Bid a number of local companies to totally revamp and replace our aging residential HVAC system. Roth was not necessarily the lowest bid, but they were selected from a combination of price, equipment package, professionalism, familiarity with our existing system and local reputation. This was a relatively complex installation with 2 furnaces, 2 AC’s, numerous zones, thermostats and controls. The Roth team pulled this often with a super clean, complete and efficient installation. Everything was perfectly coordinated and the bid and installation team were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I really couldn’t be happier with how the job was completed and the final install solution. Excellent job Team Roth!

  Overall outstanding experience! Submitted an online request for a bid and the appointment was scheduled immediately. The plumber, Josh Wilder, presented a clear quote and scheduled the work in two business days. He was very professional and personable, the work looks great, and he left the spaces better (cleaner) than he found them. Would highly recommend Roth and Josh Wilder. Thanks for making the process so simple!

  Roth Home got the job done!!! I called Roth Home this morning at 10am and by the early afternoon everything was taken care of. All communication with them was via text messaging which made things easy and prompt. Their technician, Nikki, was already at the property when I got there and had the issue fixed right away. Since our heater was fixed quickly, Nikki took the time to check other things around the house and make the most of the visit. I really appreciated his clear and friendly communication and taking the time to give us the best customer service. We will definitely be giving Roth Home our business again.

  AWFUL doesn't begin the describe my experience!!! These guys shouldn't be in business...I had HVAC installed by these guys in 2025. The technicians are courteous and timely. Unfortunately, while they are good talkers and look smooth and polished they left me with persistent problems. First, the system was installed without a mechanical permit for the address which is required by law. Second, after install the a/c failed in be first week, subsequently fixed and then failed again 13 months later. They claimed manufacturers defect. I had the system reviewed by an another expert in the industry who found that the system was oversized and inappropriate for our home and existing return duct sizing causing the coil failures. They also found that the drain for the HVAC is not hermetically sealed which is a fire hazard and violation of building code.. I'm now having another company replace there awful, not to code work. Please don't hire these guys, you'll be happy you didn't!! They are owned by private equity.
