  Paid for nothing. Came out to inspect AC issue and provided no test results and the tech said they have a "hunch" for what is wrong but provided no service and charged $250. Said our filter needed replacement. We had one on hand and the tech said it didn't fit. We replaced it ourselves and it fit just fine. Tried to get ahold of a manager to speak of concerns for nearly a week and no follow up. Had another company come out to inspect and they fixed our issue for $170. Don't recommend.

  The Service Tech, Troy, did a through job my annual service request for our Carrier Furnace which is 5 years new. Troy verified the condensate was working properly, the furnace intake and outake was in Spec which it was and reapplied duct tape where needed. Troy was on time, polite and addressed our continued care and concerns. Thank you!

  I have worked with technician Randy Smith at Pyramid for a while at a couple of locations and I really appreciate his intelligence and ability to thoroughly assess a system and understand what it needs and what the best way forward is. Because of my work in real estate I encounter a variety of folks and I would say that Randy gives a consistently awesome performance and I know I can trust my clients with him and Pyramid. Grateful to get to work with him!

  Ryan was VERY good at explaining everything. I was looking for a wall mount unit but he explained all the benefits of a ceiling flush mount and that is what I went with. He then called your scheduler and got me on your schedule for August 18th. My only complaint was with your finance company but Ryan was able to help me get that untangled. I would refer Pyramid to anyone interested wanting to replace or buy a new cooling/heating unit

  Installation team of Matt and Corey were at our home all week and they are a credit to this company. They were polite, hard working, knowledgeable, on time, communicative and an overall joy to have here. Matt had all the right responses to my concerns and Corey wouldn’t even leave one day before he found a broom to clean up a bit of attic dust he felt responsible for. Wow! That’s rare these days! The job was “sold” to us by Jeff, one of the guys at the top, and HE inspired our confidence from the get-go. The phone receptionists are helpful and polite too. What a fantastic company! 5 Gold Stars!
