- CLCharles Lindwall1 day ago5.0I bought the home less than a year ago but Deon has been the tech long before I bought, he’s a great guy and really knows the systems.
- NRNick Reese2 days ago5.0Chad was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I look forward to working with him and Pyramid again!
- SKSylvia Kinzie2 days ago5.0Troy is most thorough in his work and is most personable. His knowledge of the heating and cooling system is refreshing and I learned about zoning to better distribute the circulating air throughout our home. I would love to have Troy’s help in the future. Thank you, Troy!
- MMMegan McMorran6 days ago5.0Very responsive and helpful in trying to fix a connection issue with our smart thermostat.
- JLJ LSep 15, 20263.0Technicians were friendly, but some of the attention to detail just was not there. Holes not filled in my vent from removed screws, over tightened gaskets causing air leaks, and I had to clean up the mess they left each day they came out. Initially, the first AC compressor had rust and gashes, but they replaced it with a new one without hesitation. I’m skeptical about using them in the future.
