  On a Sunday morning, I woke up to a 61 degree house. Found Precision on-line and was impressed with the reviews, so I placed an appointment for Monday morning. A service person showed up, quickly diagnosing the issue. Since the furnace was 22 years old, at my request, he scheduled a person to come over and provide quotes for a new furnace. I received four options and chose one. Tuesday morning, 2 service persons installed and tested the new furnace. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, friendly, and most importantly, knew what they were talking about. The install reflected quality workmanship. They knew what they were doing. I'm now ready for winter. Go ahead Mother Nature ... do your worst

  Austin was great! On time, very thorough in reviewing our HVAC system, including adding a surge protector. He was knowledgeable and helpful!

  Zach and Dillon were professional, kind, and made sure to not bang wallls. They were respectful of our house and got the unit up in an efficient manner. It was also easy to schedule and the team was very responsive. They looked for cost effective alternatives rather than trying to upscale. Highly recommend.

  I have had Precision do a lot of work on my furnace and A/C units, they have always done a good job at a fair price.

  Very grateful for Precision’s quick response to my furnace. The furnace was leaking through the ceiling as my furnace is placed in my attic which was scary. They got a technician out right away and diagnosed the issue very easily. The p trap was clogged so he got it all cleaned up and also did a system tuneup while he was here. He also made an excellent suggestion to install a wet switch so in the event that this happens again it would switch off right away before there would be any water damage. Wish I knew about this sooner! Will be using them for my yearly tuneup.
