  Precision Heating & Cooling was the first call I made when my A/C suddenly went out during the heat. I left a somewhat frantic message, and Jenny called me back first thing the next morning. She even offered me a same-day appointment, but because I had a guest arriving, I had to put it off for a few days. Eduard arrived promptly at the very beginning of the service window and wasted no time diagnosing the problem. He had the correct capacitor on his truck and was incredibly thorough, double-checking the installation and making a slight wiring adjustment to make sure everything was operating properly. He also noticed that my coils were dirty and helped me rinse them clean while he was here. Eduard was SUPER nice, so pleasant to interact with, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. The whole experience, from Jenny returning my call so quickly to Eduard getting my A/C back up and running, was fantastic. I will always call Precision for my heating and cooling needs. They’re the best!

  Marc was on time, efficient and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very cordial. I enjoy doing business with this company; I have never been disappointed.

  I really liked the tech and thorough. My only negative is that I was quoted $279 for the service then when I looked at the invoice (which I didn’t get till after payment) I was charged $289. Customer should be able to go over the charges before paying.

  Austin was professional and knowledgable in servicing our new heat pump and gas furnace under warranty. He also shared some great information about what I could do as a homeowner to get the most benefit out of the new system that we had Precision Air install last summer. We appreciated Austin's help and he is a great example of why we trust Precision Air so much.

  Great experience start to finish. We had a water leak coming from our AC duct and Jade was able to dispatch someone out to our business quickly. The technician was thorough and detailed, providing photos of our rooftop units, which were the culprits. After the service was complete, Jade provided us with a number of options to keep our system in good shape moving forward. We will definitely be using Precision Heating and Cooling in the future.
