  Matt's service and cleaning of my AC unit was quick (same day!) and professional. Precision has handled all of my HVAC needs (AC install and Furnace replacement) very professionally for the last several years and I will continue to call on them in the future.

  Provided semi-annual HVAC inspection ahead of cooling season under annual service agreement. Changed the filter, checked the AC system and heat pump, !s inspected. Asked a question about the fan and technician did a few checked before agreeing another visit for detailed troubleshooting would be needed (fair enough) l. Lost a star because the office called to ask to reschedule due to their receipt of many service calls after a hot weekend. I paid in advance for the scheduled visit months in advance and planned travel around this date and time, so was not willing to reschedule. There is nothing in writing about my service agreement (payment appears to constitute acceptance of the service as advertised on their web site) and nothing about such accommodations. I planned ahead to avoid a breakdown. Will take this into consideration when the agreement is due for renewal after we see how the next visit is handled this fall.

  We have been using precision air since before they merged with Washougal heating and air. They have replaced our a/c and furnace (both were ~20 years old), and have been doing maintenance on your system as well. They have always been great- the service guys are nice, explain what needs to be done and often will show you as well. Glad they are local!
