  After a bad experience with another company, I reached out to Precision for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. They texted a photo of the technician before he arrived which was a thoughtful safety touch. Jacob was very friendly and communicative about what needed fixing vs. what could wait. He diagnosed and repaired same day and came in significantly under the first quote.

  Friendly technician, showed up early and gave advance notice before showing up. Used booties to keep the floors clean. Explained the new membership program and gave assurance that the system is much better than it was a year or so ago where they weren't tracking how many maintenance trips you had left under the yearly payment. You save a lot of money as a member. He clearly explained what he did and why. Only flaw if that was perhaps setting the temperature back to what it was at the start of the visit.

  Had a whole house heater & AC replacement done this week. There were some problems initially (low fan speed & installation cleanup), but what really made a difference was the speed and professionalism of the response. They called me first thing in the morning and issues were resolved by the end of the day; they made everything right. Very impressed at the way the turned the situation around so quickly!

  Austin and Tim were such professionals and got the job done within the scheduled time frame. They walked us through how to use our thermostat afterwards and encouraged us to reach out if we had any further questions.
