- SASteven AbdallaJan 25, 20242.0Lately I’ve just been going next door. Last 5 times I’ve come in, with or without a will-call, it takes 10 or more minutes to get any assistance. Sales people tell me they have what I need and when I go to pickup they are the wrong materials. I would say use them as a last resort until they can get some decent people back in there.

The exact part they sold me for $53 I later found is sold for just under $20 at all the big box stores. When I called back to see if there had been a mistake, I was told that their cost for this part is $43. When I suggested they try sourcing the part from a big box store who sells it for under $20, I just got the phone equivalent of a shrug. So - good expertise, but at quite a cost.
