  We chose JKC for an exterior remodel and we are incredibly happy with the results, it's been a pleasure to work with them. We really appreciated having such professional help through the process and the extra attention to detail on our electrical, porch, and all of the other small things that come up during a remodel. Our house feels brand new and we love the results!

  They have done two fantastic jobs for us! They resided our house and put in new windows. Several years later, they built a beautiful patio off the back of the house. I saw the design on their Facebook page and loved it.

  I highly recommend Joseph Ketner Construction for all exterior related construction and remodeling needs. Over the years I have hired his team multiple times for client related projects as well as projects on my personal home. They are extremely professional, keep a meticulous job site and are collaborative problem solvers. Most recently we used them to install exterior windows and doors in our 1926 home during a major remodel, some of which were incredibly large glass and steel doors that needed special handling to install. This is my go-to contractor for all exterior related remodeling needs.

  For those looking for a review of their siding and painting, feel free to look at other reviews below, as there are many. Keep in mind that this review is coming in about 1 year after job completion and those items are still in excellent condition. I'd like to draw attention to a couple of other things for prospective customers that I didn't realize going into this myself. 1. There are often miscellaneous unexpected problems that can occur during a job (e.g., damage to windows, outages damaging appliances, or other unexpected events) and Joe and Steve always made sure that these items were covered and fixed. If they weren't able to do it themselves, they reimbursed me to have it repaired. Given scheduling difficulties, they even reminded me a year later that there were still items they wanted to work on to make sure they looked as pristine as possible. 2. This team has an incredibly strong understanding of all the components of the house not limited to siding, roofing and windows and that was important when it came to improving the exterior's appearance and function. Steve had spent plenty of time with house building in the past and it shows when he fixed a portion of underlying rot and reflashed areas to prevent that part from experiencing the same problem in the future. The electrician even fixed our doorbell (broken before they even started work) and replaced a nonstandard AC unit breaker at no additional cost. Looking on Google, you'll find plenty of great siding companies, but I can say from experience, you can rest assured that Joe and Steve will take care of you the entire way and afterwards as well.

  Ketner Construction has just completed a re-siding and painting project on our house that has totally transformed the place! It looks amazing now. And I'm so thankful it was done so neatly and with such great care throughout the process. Steve was an excellent project manager and Abby and the rest of the office staff were excellent communicators. It was all just so easy and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough!
