  We needed new siding and paint done on our home. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews and we called JKC. Everything from start to finish was a breeze. We love our home and are so thankful!

  We had a very large project when we moved into our new home that included new siding, rot repair, and many windows. Joe provided thoughtful advice and recommendations as we planned the project. When it came to executing the project (installing new siding, putting in the new windows, etc.), Joe's team, led by Steve, was superb. The job was done right on the schedule they had promised, the coordination of window installers, the siding team, painters, gutter experts, etc. was very well done, and the entire team was very respectful and careful while working in and outside of our house for 3+ weeks. And when there was a problem, Steve was there to help listen and solve it. For instance, the stain on one board of one large window in our dining room just didn't turn out quite as perfect as in other areas and as soon as we noted it, Steve made sure it was redone. BTW - they matched the color of the stain PERFECTLY overall to the other trim work that was in the house. I should also note that the price felt right in the ball park of other quotes we had received, and was actually lower than another window contractor we had used previously. So for a fair price, we got everything done to our satisfaction and with a very long warranty (20 years I believe) on everything. Ultimately, Joe and Steve and team are just really good people you can trust. Also, both Steve's carpentry skills and work ethic amazed me. I hope to work with them again on future projects.

  Would hire again for any other housing/siding/outside construction project without looking elsewhere. Service was excellent from the bid proposal to the work, the clean up and the follow through. New siding was installed & painted and had another small project done at the same time; all was completed professionally and I am very happy with the results.

  We hired JKC to reframe and replace a leaking window, add custom craftsman-style window molding on the interior, replace our 103-year-old siding, add spindles to our front porch, and paint our exterior. Joe was low-pressure and transparent from the start, and laid out several options for us to choose from in terms of scope and cost, which was very helpful as this was our first major exterior project. All the workers were courteous, efficient, and left our driveway and yard clean every day. As with every project, a couple small issues came up—our new window had a latch issue, but JKC arranged for Milgard to troubleshoot and replace it, no questions asked. It was very clear that they would not sign off on the project until we were fully happy with the work. Special shout out to everyone at the front office for always being on top of the project, and to Steve our project manager and lead carpenter who was especially great to work with. We plan to hire JKC for another project in the future!

  We had siding, windows replacement and painting done. They do quality work! They also took good care of our things, and left things clean. When there was a problem, they addressed it. We’ve had several nice compliments from neighbors- one plans to hire them. Highly recommend- with work this major, you want a quality company.
