- KMKathryn MJul 1, 20265.0Just had my Mazda3 hatchback windows tinted and I'm happy with the results. From start to finish - initial phone call for a quote, call to schedule, and at the business itself this morning, whomever I spoke with was friendly and professional. The person I had contact with to check in immediately checked me in on time. He was super professional, friendly, easily answered my questions, and explained the process, before he took my car back. I had the first appointment time at 8AM and I suggest doing this as they did too, if you want your car in and out faster before they get super busy. My car was completed in about 2 hours, which I appreciated as I was waiting in the lobby and expected it to be longer. Everything in the Highline office looks clean and neat. There's a clean and neat kids' room if you have kids. They have a huge fish tank that is relaxing to look at (and very clean-the fish looked happy!). The only thing I gave a 'side eye' about was on the payment pad they had a place for tips. Really? Nearly $700 for tinting and they want a tip on top of that? I questioned it and the guy checking me out said it just comes with the pay pad thing. Maybe so but still, it wasn't expected and maybe shouldn't be on there. Of course then again it is up to you, as it was to me, whether you leave a tip or not. After the cure period over the next week or so, I will inspect it but I expect it to be great, as I know from someone else's experience that the excellent job they did on his car 3 years ago still looks just as good as new, and he has been very happy with it. The local Mazda dealer also recommends this business.
